Wasted my entire week. Made a reservation on Tuesday to pick up Friday. They called several times to change truck size and pick up location. Friday I finally get there after driving 6.5 hours and they set it up for 24/7 pick up or whatever because the location was closed. The text confirmation and my online account reservation said different locations. It would not let me start the pick up I called another location several times and was on a perpetual hold. Finally they answer and say they have to transfer me to another department to fix the problem they created with the reservation and that department did not answer I was on hold for over 30 minutes. I never got the truck. I called the next morning and was told that the closest truck was an hour away. They didn’t seem to care that they messed up my entire week. Left and drove all the way back and wasted a long trip. Would give zero stars if it was an option

I came to rent a trailer for moving a couch. We ended up not having the correct hitch and the lady that works there let us borrow her personal one and then also loaned us some rope for straps. She was so helpful and amazing customer service skills I highly recommend this place!!!!

I highly recommend this location for your U-Haul needs. Nikki and her husband went out of their ways to make sure my experience of renting a truck and trailer for a cross-country move was as easy as possible. Minor problems were resolved quickly and effortlessly with no extra stress added to the situation whatsoever. Once again, I highly recommend this location for your U-haul needs.

Nikki is amazing! Personable, professional, efficient, and compassionate; as rough and frustrating as moving can be, she made our transaction smooth and pleasant — pleasurable, truthfully. A wonderful young lady, and a consummate professional. Extra bonus: a dog lover with some wonderful pups!

Not only were they amazing, efficient, helpful, polite, kind, very good at their jobs... they had the cutest boxer dogs!!! If you need a uhaul, go to this store! They are perfect!!!

These people are considerate, thoughtful, and kind. They took care of us, despite some unexpected issues, and got us back on the road in high spirits.A special shout out to Token & Roger - not only were they helpful, but they personally make sure that the bathroom is spotlessly clean. It's also the most handicap accessible bathroom I've ever seen. It really was a bathroom worth reviewing.Then I got to thinking, if they pay that close attention to a bathroom how much more attention are they paying to the important stuff? These people are definitely detail and quality oriented. You'll be happy you went there. Oh and be sure to say hi to Sam, their mascot.

I've needed to rent a truck several times over the last few years. I exclusively visit this location because the customer service is great. The owner is a rock star and goes out of her way to help. Plus, she often has her pooches there, so that is a bonus.

Extremely friendly service. Nice equipment. The lady is super nice and kid friendly. My son had a great time in there while we did the paperwork and paid for our uhaul. My first experience with uhaul in grants pass wasn’t good and this uhaul experience at hwy 99 in Eugene put a good reputatiom to the name uhaul. I highly recommend this location.

This location is not good. There are 2 dogs roaming the office that do NOT like new people. They bark like crazy and the place smells like pee. I didn't care that much, but after we returned our U-Haul, we had $300 in inaccurate charges, ranging from falsifying our rental to 2 extra days, to saying we didn't fill up the gas (we spent $100 filling the gas to the absolute top).The woman who runs it was very unhelpful and unsympathetic. It felt very scammy. If I didn't go back to check my bank statements, I may have missed the extra charges. I do not recommend this location. I had to call the area manager to get some of the most obviously wrong charges removed. But the other charges that could have been prevented with proper communication from U-Haul remained.

This is Nikki, the operator of U-Haul at 1083 Hwy 99 N, Eugene. I wanted to respond to all the customers who took time out of their day to leave a review. Thank you for the feedback and all the compliments, I greatly appreciate it! For those of you who are unhappy with the dogs, I'm sorry I can't make everyone happy, we are currently training a puppy and that can be a disaster at times! For those of you complaining about charges, keep in mind I give everyone my phone number in case any issues arise and I am always trying to make sure the customer is happy.

I did not smell any animal smells at all. The woman was very friendly and helpful !! I would definitely recommend this location lots of parking clean trucks clean office. Very very friendly. I won't go to any other u haul.! The lady was very welcoming and worked her butt off with usThank you thank you.
