“Thank god for Perry, Michelle, and Jaydon at Tomlin’s Auto Service! I was on my way to the airport with very little time to return my rental car, check my bag, and check in, when something popped out of my tire (I’m assuming a large rock) and the tire alert went off in my dash. I turned into the Mobile Station there on Highway 99. An attendant there saw my quickly-deflating tire and told me about Tomlin’s just up the road. I couldn’t have been luckier that it was so nearby. I pulled in front of the office and frantically informed Perry and Michelle that I was rushing to the airport.
They sprang into action, repairing the tire for a very reasonable price. In only about five minutes, I was already back on the road on my way to the airport.
I am writing this review from my seat on the flight I was able to make, thanks entirely to the incredible customer service and handiwork of Perry, Jaydon, and Michelle. What’s more, their professionalism, sense of urgency, and friendliness completely alleviated my distress. I would highly recommend Tomlin’s to anyone needing excellent service at affordable prices.”

“Best experience getting a flat repair... ever. The shop closest to home was closed when I arrived, so I looked up tire shops on Google Maps, saw Superior Tire not too far down the road, and went there. 20 minutes later I was on my way, flat fixed. I began my career some 50 years ago working in a tire shop, and so I know what makes a good shop: friendly service, cleanliness, competence and fair prices. Superior Tire excels in all. “Good experience, great price and quality.
Unfortunately the tires needed to be rebalanced so when I took it back in to be fixed, When I asked what was wrong, He asked if I had hit a pot hole and I hadn't.
I felt like he was BLAMING me for it happening.
Well I have a nice car and don't usually hit them. I guess I should have asked if he drives in Eugene or Springfield because most all roads have them.”
“In the middle of a long road trip I blew a head gasket. The shop worked on it as fast as they could to machine a replacement and get me back on the road again!
They even were kind enough to load up all of my belongings and shuttle me to a friend's place in my time of need. Overall very friendly and super helpful.
Recently had a strange issue with the engine harness and they worked with my local shop to make sure that everything was taken care of.

“Really tight spot to pull in with 53ft, better park and talk to someone to get exact directions. Friendly stuff, will help in yard. No docks as far as I understand they will tell u where to park and then pull out ramp to u. Fast unloading. In and out pretty quick.”

“Really kind front desk guy, you can tell the guys in the shop take their time to do a good job. They matched the price I got online from them after staying firm. They didn’t try to upsell me too much either, but they did make sure the things that were actually serious were noted and gave me options. Ladies if you’re looking for a shop for your car come here, YouTube what you need done and read its costs, and stay firm and educated on your needs and prices and they will take care of you right.”
“I, a 22 year old female, found myself driving on the freeway with a completely flat tire not far from Nagees. I nagivated to a lot behind his shop and gave him a call as I was confused about if the shop even existed and was unable to drive my car at all. He walked to the back and immediately helped me where my car was located so I didn’t have to drive on it more and got it done quick, helped me (I’m clueless) understand why my tire had gone flat and ensured that I fixed the issue there and gave me a great price on my new tires and my rim repair. I was new to the area and completely alone, knowing no one in Oregon. The Nagees car shop made me feel safe and I forever appreciate the workers help in my desperate time of need.”

“These guys always take care of me. They have checked wheel balance on tires They did not install for a minimal fee. $3.50 per wheel because I had purchased tires for previously owned vehicles. Always friendly, patient, and helpful. Free rotations and air pressure service. Can't say enough positive things about this business.”
