We’ve been using The Shop for paint work on our inventory for over a year, and they’ve done paint work in at least 40-50 vehicles. Paint is a finicky thing, a lot harder than most people believe. We’ve struggled to find a paint shop that will maintain a consistent level of quality, and be willing to redo work when it doesn’t come out right, due to any number of unforeseen variables. Rudy has been great to work with, even when we are difficult, and his even-keeled personality is appreciated, since we run a little hot. ??♀️ He’s been good to us, and we highly recommend.

I needed a replacement spoiler and when I went to my regular place I was quoted that the job would only be started in two and a half months time due to a back log. I called around and Rudy stated that he could do the job and have it done in five days. Sure enough five days after dropping the car off I get a call to say the work is done and to a good quality too.Going forward, any work I need done is going with Rudy and the team at The Shop.Service: Body & Trim

The guys here were very kind and my car was in and out within the day! They even added the stripe on my fender without asking and the paint job looks amazing! Even buffed out some of the scratched and smoothed out some extra dents! Good communication and fast response time!Services: Painting

I had front bumper accident and needed fast and affordable service. I called all over town and no one could get me in my time frame. Called Rudy and he said could get the parts and get done in time. Well he should did plus had it done a day early. He went above and beyond. Communication on point, sent pictures and answers all my questions. Even gave me a lift to pick my rental car down the road. Top notch service and would recommend him to anyone in the Eugene area. Prices were fair but it was how fast he did the job and looks great. My car got a decent sized scratch in the passenger door and Rudy was able to get us in the same day, buff it out as much as possible, and recommend the best next steps to fix it right away. It was pretty deep and I was worried about the metal rusting but it all got sorted out within 24 hours. He even did the retouching with the paint pen the dealership gave me! He's extremely professional, straight forward, and great at what he does. My husband and I will be using him for all our auto body needs in the future and highly recommend him!

Rudy is great to work with. He is very upfront with what to expect, and cost. He listens to what you want, and he’ll make sure it’s done right. I brought him my 1991 Dodge W250 to repaint, and he took great care of me, and my truck. Communication was fantastic & transparent.
