If you're looking to purchase or consign a motorhome, this is the place to go. I had communicated with several of the staff, including the owner, who went above and beyond to assist me. The team is exceedingly professional and great communicators. I highly recommend going to RV Corral when looking to buy or sell a RV.

As we began our search for the best RV dealership, we long learned from our car buying experience that actual cost of ownership is far more than just the purchase price of a vehicle. Many factors — the professionalism of the sales department, commitment to accuracy and transparency of information, integrity of the finance department, strength and dependability of the service department, long term commitment to post sales support — all affect the real cost of ownership.
We are so glad we found the RV Corral in Eugene, OR. They are the real deal — no pressure, honest representation of their RVs, all done in a friendly environment.
Moreover, buying from the RV Corral is different in the best ways from the stereotypical auto/RV sales experience. In all areas -- sales (Leon Carlson Jr), finance (Ashley Hight) and service/delivery (Joy Best) — we were met with genuine, sincere care and support. As a team, they listened to our needs and took care of our concerns throughout the purchase process. The team was truly committed to helping us realize our RV goals and dreams. The RV Corral won us over. It’s hard to imagine a better Winnebago sales and service dealership out there.

Loved the process from start to finish. Everyone was extremely accommodating and quick to make our experience pleasant. Special thanks to (Sales)Robby and Lauren, (Finance)Ashley and Kenny were awesome and extremely professional. Mike from service did our walk through and was extremely thorough and engaging. He also tended to some unexpected repairs on the spot helping make the process that much more enjoyable and free of any worries. The whole team treated us like family from start to finish. I have been with RV Corral for a bit now
what I can say is that the sales staff are amazing when it comes to listening to what one is looking for and go out of their way to work with ones personal needs.
No pressure sales when working with them
They are the friendliest sales people around
Leon Jr. worked with me for 2 years before I was ready to make the leap into my Phaeton 40 IH
As for the Service Department it has come leaps and bounds in the past years
Andi, the service manger has been instrumental in putting together a great team to work with
Savvy, at the service desk is on top of it when it comes to what my challenges are
She works with me and my busy schedule on getting my rig in for service and keeps me up to date with the progress before days end
when I arrive she has my list of issues already printed out and in Warren's hands
Warren is the my go to guy, working with him on my Phaeton 40 IH
he is a master at finding the issues and getting to the bottom of how they can be resolved
All I can say is that when it comes to dealerships and service departments for RV's
RV Corral is the only place I go now
They have created a family like atmosphere be it with sales, service, parts and very thing in between.

Our salesman, Robbie Kovatch, was great to work with. He called on his day off to make sure everything went well with our first night.
Kevin, the tech that did our walk-through, was with us all day as we moved from our previous rv into the new one. He fixed any little issue that we noticed. He positioned the rvs door to door to make our move easy. We live full-time in ours so we had a lot to move. They allowed us to stay overnight so we could take our time.
All the staff was wonderful to work with!

We couldn’t have had a better experience in the purchase of our trailer. Tom Peterson, our salesman was very knowledgeable and patient as he showed us around several used trailers we were interested in. We were very comfortable working with Tom and confident we chose the right trailer for our needs. There was no pressure to make a purchase but he did help us negotiate what we felt was a fair offer. We also can’t say enough good things about Ky, the service tech who walked us through the orientation. Being new to RV’s, we had many, many questions and Ky’s patience and easy to understand explanations were a tremendous benefit. We would happily recommend The RV Corral to anyone interested in an RV.

RV Corral is HORRIFIC!
In 8 years of traveling full time in an RV we have depended on RV service centers across North America. RV Corral is the absolute worst dealer we’ve ever experienced. Their service department is foremost dishonest and incapable of repairing anything without multiple return visits.
Professionally I was VP of operations for a multi billion dollar global company. I’ve spent my career hiring, motivating, training and firing service managers. The Service Manager at this business is in over his head. My wife describes him as “prickly”. Great description and much friendlier than any description I would use.
To set the stage our 44 yr old son recently was diagnosed with a terminal illness (ALS) we stopped our travel plans and bought a brand new 25’ Tiffin motor home specifically to fit in his driveway. In the first 6 months of ownership it was in this dealership shop four (4) separate times for greater than four (4) months. Yes, you read that correctly. Many of our concerns were addressed 4 time and still not resolved.
After insisting on a formal meeting with the service manager it was obvious to us that he wasn’t capable of resolving the issues. I. Began documenting each discussion, message, email etc. we have a file of 30 pages or more documenting the horrible business dealings.
Before you ask, we considered litigation, but decided against it because providing care to our terminally ill son was our only priority. We will maintain the said file as we may still need it. As example!the entry door their body shop repainted has already begun chipping away.
Our advice? Run, don’t walk but run from this dealership.
