Cant say enough about Jered and the Helton Group! Jered came highly recommended from my principle broker. Talk about smooth and efficient! My clients wanted to use their friends lender, which I was very hesitant about. That transaction ended up terminating on the day of close due to their lender not doing job. My clients were devastated. When Jered took over, the communication and updates on the loan process put my clients minds at ease. When the buyer for one of my listings was sucked into the abyss of a cyber attack that included their lender, we felt we were going to come to a screeching halt. However the buyer's agent was familiar with Jered and she got hold of him right away! He was our superman! He not only jumped to the aid of the buyer (and all of us as well) but he qualified them immediately, sending me a new letter for our file along with assurance we would be okay. My seller was less than comfortable, but Jered closed the deal, adding only 2 days to our agreed on closing date in escrow. Jered made all of our lives so much easier, thankfully we had top notch buyers, and they worked diligently with this new lender to complete the transaction.
