I was kept informed about problems/delays in my order and I was very appreciative of that. And I also appreciated that you were not going to send me a less than perfect product. Apparently the address on our return envelopes was not perfectly centered and someone called to let us know that they (meaning your print staff) weren't satisfied with the product and they were going to re-do them. That shows a high level of service!

I loved working with Techna Print and was so happy with how my pregnancy announcement cards turned out. They were flexible when working with me and did a great job explaining things like resizing and different kinds of paper. I would absolutely work with this company again in the future!
