First off, name dropping the employee Angelica.She was less than pleasant, rolled her eyes, and remained silent and grouchy while attempting to process our order.Now, I've been written-up for blinking too long and having it called eye-rolling, so I'm quite aware of the stank-face she strapped on during this whole visit.What was the order? To try the Device Trade-In promotion. It took forty minutes for her to finish consulting her supervisor and taking multiple breaks in the back. I mingled amongst my family because we didn't receive small talk or even hospitality.When Angelica finally got through it all, she showed me a phone that was covered by the promotion. She sold me on it, then decided to take 14 minutes to tell me they didn't have it in stock.Because of this, I couldn't complete the transaction or trade in the phone. Fine.What was her final blunder? Knowingly sending me to a store she guaranteed me would not only have this phone in stock, but could finish the whole trade-in/new promotional phone transaction. It was a lie.Now, the guys at the VRC TMobile are awesome. They couldn't help me because they weren't a "legacy store" (guess whose store was? Angelicaaa's). They did point me to the Delta Oaks store, where Isaac was ready and able to help. It took some time, but it was this location that helped me.Props to Valley River Center and Delta Oaks. Props to Isaac. Give all those folks a raise.Don't ever bother with 7th Street TMobile. I'm never stepping foot inside there again, even for a free kitten.

Jeremy at this location was very helpful. I've had a difficult time at some other locations. There were multiple employees to help and chairs to wait, which is important when you're disabled, Other T- Mobile locations do not have chairs to wait and I've had to sit on the floor. I appreciated Jeremy's effort to assist and engage with my son and I. Best experience in-person with T-Mobile.

Recently wanted to upgrade my phone. I've had the best advice and guidance to pick one that fitted my needs the best. Not only did Roberto do all that but he also helped troubleshoot with everything during the setup. Can't thank him and recommend this store enough!

Angie & Jesus went above and beyond to help us upgrade our old phones. Angie especially remained calm & pleasant even though I was impatient and upset with the service we had been receiving theu t-mobile. getting impatient

Had the opportunity to meet with Arthur Spina and his Jesus very courteous young man had to pleasure with her service very gracious patient, but I’m sure that you were aware of these two young man being excellent coworkers in your store.

Roberto was fantastic!! Very patient and incredibly helpful. If you need ANY help with phones or any of the other awesome stuff they sell do yourself a favor and head to the West 7th location and ask for Roberto !

Was ready to leave T -Mobile until I went to this store. Finally found a store with knowledgeable salespeople that were helpful. Roberto was able to solve all my issues and get me a great deal on a new phone and plan. Definitly the best T-Mobile store in Eugene.

Was told they do not accept cash payments. Called corporate and that is false, T-Mobile customer have the opportunity to pay their balance at a store if so desired. “There is no legitimate reason a store can turn away a paying customer who wishes to use physical legal currency.” As quoted by customer service expert.

I have been with Sprint for many years!! We were Switched to T-Mobile when Sprint became T-Mobile.. Got got 4 new phones in November had a set price that was given to us that we agreed upon which included insurance on all phones. The 1st 3 bills were fine then all of a sudden my bill jumped up higher when I went into the store and asked why was pretty much told this is how it is!!! The girl who helped me looked like she could have careless As she was cleaning the desk while supposedly helping me!! I am very upset and will be looking for service somewhere else if I could give a 0 star I would!!!! I held up to my part of our agreement and T-Mobile did not. DON'T USE T-MOBILE!!!

I had spoken with an online customer service representative about a battery issue that I was having with my phone. The rep walked me through some things and also scheduled me an appointment with somebody at this store, as they suspected it was a physical failing and not a software update issue.When I arrived to the store at my scheduled time to check in for my appointment I was told that the schedule system was down, and they'd have to put my name on a list to wait to speak to someone. About 20 minutes passed and I was approached by one of the associates to see if I still wanted to wait. I asked him if he had an idea of how long it could be, he did not. He then proceeded to tell me that the appointment that the online rep had made me never existed, that they weren't allowed to schedule people during the holidays due to the influx of customers. He also told me that I should probably just go across the street to the cell phone repair spot, because I'd get better service there. I appreciate his advice, but I am not into how my appointment was just a made up thing that made me feel taken care of. Very strange.

Do yourself a favor. If you have T-Mobile/Sprint, use the gateway location. This store's employees are rude and condescending. Every time I've personally used this location (Maybe 5 or 6 times) it's been the same thing every single time. An employee who clearly doesn't want to be there. And a frustrated customer at the end of it.

18 years with sprint and T-Mobile takes over and treats you like a second rate citizen! 18 years! It’s a complete waste of time going into a store and dealing with these people in person. It’s far easier to stay home and handle things over the phone. The customer service from T-Mobile’s in store employees is complete garbage and inexcusable. Fire yourselves!

Staff not as helpful as when the store was loaded with Sprint staff. Also, be aware that T-mobile reception varies dramatically all over the Eugene - Springfield area. It can be great and then two blocks later be 1 or 2 bars. I just got a new Iphone and can't use it much at my house. Not sure if the old Sprint Airrave works with T-Mobile. Worked well with my old Sprint Iphone. Doesn't matter anyway as T-Mobile is stopping Airrave Jan 1, 2022
