Super friendly staff!! A special shout out to Andrew and Karen!! They were awesome to work with and took great care of us. Andrew even shared his two baby kittens with us? I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a camper!!

We purchased our first trailer. We shopped around and we found the one we wanted and Sutton RV had the one we wanted at the price we wanted. Was a very simple purchase. The staff and Leonard were very friendly and Cody who did our orientation on our trailer was excellent. He made sure that we knew everything about the trailer before we left. I would definitely recommend Sutton RV to friends and family.

We won an airstream in a drawing and the people at sutton r.v were amazing. Cody clearly explained how everything works on our r.v in a way we could understand. And answered all of our questions with such patience. Thanks Suttons r.v.

Shopping for my first trailer was an eye opening experience. Read lots of reviews, visited one dealer, talked to another on phone. Did not get good feeling.
Friend told me to check out Sutton RV, ok called and got Leonard. Explained what I was willing to spend, they didn't have anything in stock. Leonard asked what I was looking for in a trailer. 30 minutes later he texted me a trailer they would be getting in 2-3 weeks, had everything I wanted. Told Leonard I was very interested. 2 weeks I text him, nope not yet. 3 weeks its here. Pretty much did entire deal over text, and I would not commit till I actually saw it. I would say there was a little pressure, but I held firm. Finally Saturday came and I could drive and look it over. They got it ready as to sell to me because its a 3 hour drive and I told them I would bring cash and if I liked it I wasn't interested in a second 6 hour round trip to pick it up. They had it all ready. Jerry in the shop walked us through it. Im pretty mechanical so I asked for a creeper so I could look under it. I then grabbed a ladder and looked on top. I did find a couple minor issues and Jerry fixed em right up. I cant attest to the quality of the trailer yet, but Leonard, Jerry, and Unge (sp) took care of me, answered my questions and made the whole deal a pleasant experience. The guy and gal in the accessory store did me good as well. Just an easy deal to pull off. If I buy another trailer in the future, Im calling Leonard first.

I can’t say enough about our experience with the great people at Sutton RV. I’ll start with our salesman, Leonard. He is everything a salesman should be. He was friendly, extremely helpful, and was incredible with our 2 year old. He actually did everything he could to get us the best deal possible. And he did, with the help of Karen in financing. (I hope I spelt her name right. And remembered the right name. If not, I apologize. Haha) And Cody, my walk through specialist, gave me all the information I needed and was a joy to work with. I could write a small novel but people might stop reading. So I’ll just say if you’re in the market for a travel trailer, stop by Sutton RV in Eugene! I know we will when it’s time for another trailer. Thank you all!!!

Sutton RV was amazing to work with. They were fast, efficient and not pushy at all (which is huge for us). Our salesman was Leonard. We had a 2 pm appointment and they moved the trailer upfront for us to see- we checked it out w/ a couple others & ended up walking away 1 hour later as Owners. We came back 1 week later (because of our schedule- not theirs) to pick it up. They were knowledgeable & answered all the questions we had on the walk through, the loan papers & in general. Leonard was right there with us the entire time! We had to bring our toddler with us and they all did so amazing with him (which a lot of salesman will not). It was so nice to feel welcomed, to feel no pressure & walk away with exactly what we wanted. The entire staff were friendly & has smiles on their faces-I would 10/10 recommend them to everyone! :)

We couldn't be happier with Sutton RV! As first time camper buyers we had a lot of questions. They not only answered every question, but they went the extra mile to accommodate us and make sure our needs were met. The process was very smooth. Extra shout outs to Leonard, Jerry and Ung. We ended up in a bind over Thanksgiving when our trailer broke a leaf spring. Even though the service center was booked solid, Sutton RV let us bring our trailer and park it until they could get to it. Overall, they kept the trailer nearly six weeks before we could come back to get it. When I asked how much for the storage, they said no charge!
Their work looks to be very good, and it's great that they were responsive to a traveler in a bind. Thanks!

We couldn’t be happier with the purchase of our new Airstream from Sutton RV. The staff were friendly and courteous throughout the process. Thank you Kim for knowing the answer to literally every question we threw at you during our walkthrough. And thank you to our technician Jerry, who was able to install two Battleborn batteries, our Smartshunt, and our Anderson Hitch while we waited. Great service, great people. I had a very good experience purchasing from Sutton RV. Sales was low pressure (thanks JD) and they honored our initial deal over the several weeks it took me to decide. The paperwork was efficient without a hard press for extended warranties. I had a great walk-thru with an experienced RV’er who showed me how everything worked and threw in some great ‘pro tips’ (thanks Kim). Kinda wish I lived closer to be able to buy supplies at their store.

Honestly, Sutton RV is simply the BEST. We bought a brand new RV, which I will not name, from a different dealership. We have had some pretty substantial issues that I would only trust Sutton RV to fix. Kurt is absolutely incredible and has been able to work miracles to get our RV working. Jordan and Don are extremely responsive and have done everything they can to provide exceptional service to us during some stressful times. We drive 3 hours each way to visit this dealership because they are the only ones we trust to do the job right.
