Steve is the best! He was patient, professional and dedicated to helping my partner and I throughout the entire loan process. He went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and all with the extra challenge of tight timeframe. He was quick to respond to our questions and worked absolute magic! Steve is a dedicated, professional, and friendly loan officer. Our loan process had some challenges and the added stress of a short timeframe to complete. I am very grateful for the service I received from Steve. Steve was knowledgeable friendly and trustworthy. Loan Depot’s dashboard kept us up to date and in the loop. The ability to upload financial docs and sign disclosures on a secure platform was awesome. We saved time and money.
