The most outrageous used furniture pricing you’ve ever seen.. $300 for a small dresser with a broken leg, $600 for a used couch with stains on it.. I mean it’s infuriating. Why would anyone pay more for something used then it cost when it was new? I give St. Vinnies another chance every once and a while and I am always majorly disappointed by pricing and reminded why I don’t shop here. I shop used because it is supposed to be affordable. This store is a joke..

New simple twin bed and frame in a box was very convenient. Staff helpful loading everything.

The employees are nice enough. But I agree with some of these folks. The prices are way too high for used items that were donated. They were asking thirty dollars for a not so gently used teflon coated frying pan. I understand the money is going for a good cause. But many of the items that they are selling are priced at what you would be paying for something brand new.

Excellent large thriftstore. Prices are less than Goodwill & do way more in community. Absolutely terrible music though Mix FM is well known to be about the worst radio station in Oregon. I feel sorry for the employees.

One of the last times I went here, two of the employees who worked there, probably don't anymore, gave me rude stares. I asked one of the managers to look at a pair of shorts that I ended up buying, and I said thank you. He didn't reply, just stared at me as if it were ridiculous that he should even have to deal with me. I mentioned something about the book I was buying to the employee at checkout, they just said ', whatever, have a good one,' in the rudest voice humanly possible. I guess I never have to come back.

The prices here are horrible!!! Whoever is in charge of pricing should be fired. They price things the same or MORE than brand new. Absolutely ridiculous. corporate greed at its finest. Good jobs folks!

I was a customer at this store since the first week it opened and was a long time customer at the store on West Broadway for many many years. I can no longer go to this store because I feel unsafe inside of it. As a long time customer, I get ragged on and denigrated by many of the employees, and I believe this behavior comes straight from corporate. I am sure I am not the only customer they do this to. Instead of citing specific occurrences of behavior, they denigrate the customers they think are a problem, and try whatever they can to make them feel uncomfortable in their stores. Why not treat everyone with respect, and if you see a specific problem, deal with it. If someone is causing problems, you have every right to throw them out of your stores, but don't passively aggressively rag on specific customers for years based solely on their appearance. This doesn't solve any problems.

Absolutely awful store. First 2 USED things I look at, are priced at MORE than retail NEW... 50 for a pair of kids used boots that are cheaper new... 25 for a pair of used jeans... What is this? ???

Avery was amazing! I’ve never had someone find me something at a thrift store until today. Give that man a raise!

I am 62 and disabled, I am not even allowed in the store because I wear a backpack, or using my rolling cart. Walked to 2 of your stores from the bus just to be turned away. Maybe you should get some lockers like Goodwill uses, not everyone who wears a backpack is homeless or thieves.

Large store with lots of merchandise. Good furniture options. Plenty of parking. RVs could find a spot.

Prices on furniture are absolutely bonkers high. Okay quality furniture going for over $500 that is scratched up and dinged.I can’t imagine half of the items in here cost this much when they were new. Most of it is low to mid-range stuff. It’s honestly despicable.

This trashy place is frequented by such trashy clientele that they have a blanket ban on all backpacks. they also don't do bag check or anything, you just can't shop. I don't think the snide attitude is store policy, that's just a freebie from the trashy personnel. Saint Vinnys used to be better than Goodwill, but they have combination lockers.

Not allowed in the store because I had a backpack. Just a normal sized backpack. They only offered for me to leave my stuff outside, I took the bus so it's not like I can just leave my stuff. The lady was snarky and unconcerned with my predicament. Really horrendous costumer service.

If you want to shop at the St. Vinnie's on West 11th in Eugene, you can't have a bag with you.I rode my bike to the St. Vinnie's on West 11th today around 11am. I had my backpack with me and had an employee tell me I couldn't have my bag in the building, that the store can't be liable for anyone's belongings. I asked if I could leave it behind the register counter like other stores normally allow. She kept repeating what she told me and added I could leave my bag in my car but I said I rode my bike, so she told me I could lock my bag to my bike...so I said it doesn't eliminate the possibility of it getting stolen, that it would be less likely to be stolen inside the building behind the register counter. She just kept repeating what she told me. I asked if I could buy one thing and she told me to make it quick, then kept repeating what she told me, so I had to ask again if I could buy one thing. She really did not want me to be in the building with my bag. This person told me she was the manager of the store, almost 200lb white lady with blonde hair.
