Did online check in, waited 5 1/2 hours until they finally txted me to say it’s my turn. I get there within 5 minutes, only to find out they closed already. Except no notifications or explanations. I stood at the locked door scratching my head and the staff inside just looked at me, made eye contact, no attempt to communicate or explain what’s going on, and then just walked to the back. So basically I waited over 5 hours, got a text to drive over for a haircut, got locked outside of the door, with an apathetic human being inside who pretended I wasn’t there. Awesome service!

Waited in line for 2 hours only to have an employee shut the door in my face when I was still talking because the online scheduling put me there 2 mins after close.

I got my haircut by Carmen yesterday and it's great. She's cut my hair 4 of the last 6 cuts and it's always to my liking. She courteous and friendly and I'm always happy with it.

I forgot her name ?. I showed up without an appointment. Waited all of 3 minutes and was sitting in a chair getting my haircut. I told her what I wanted and explained my reasons why, eczema on my scalp. She portrayed her dislike with the itching and we shared stories of autoimmune diseases. It was a very enjoyable 20 minutes (ish). We had a great time chatting. The other two people with their clients didn't appear to be hitting it off as well as the two of us. We are amazing people so I don't blame them. I wish I remembered her name but I can't find my stupid receipt now I know she handed me one. Anyways read this out loud to the employees of that store and she will remember me. Reward her please.

My husband recently got his haircut by Cass/Kass. He came home with such a horrible cut I am in shock she let him leave the salon. It took her 4 mins to do his cut. The fade is so uneven. She asked me if I would like to talk to her manager, I said yes and she hung up. Extremely poor customer service. I hope other clients don’t get the botched cut job she has given my husband. Extremely unhappy with her services.

I received a haircut from Katherine and it's not the worst, but the entire time, the person she was training had to keep reminding her to do things. She did not use a "Clean tool kit". Also it seemed like she was inebriated. Overall it was a very unprofessional experience. And for 30 dollars I could go to a real barber shop.

Unfortunately we got paired with a brand new stylist who probably should have had more practice before going on her own. Luckily a manager saw the panic on my face and stepped in to help, but not sure we would go back. Nice waiting area, clean salon, friendly staff.

Do Not Go Here!!!! I dropped my son for a haircut. He got a hack job. Chunks missing, not even at all. Doesn't even come close to what he asked for which is the same haircut he has gotten for years now. He is 16 so I let him go by himself and when I saw what Julius did to my kids head I called the store. Well Julius made excuses saying my son didnt ask for what he asked for (which is useless because his hair still doesnt even look like what Julius says my son did ask for), he cannot take any kind of criticism without having major attitude, blaming the customer and hanging up on paying customers. Basically wanted me to bring him back in and let them do damage control and when I said no I wasn't going to do that do to how my son's hair already looked he said well I don't know what to tell you and I wouldn't get my money back and hung up. Awful customer service which goes hand in hand with this guy's ability to cut hair. Sure my son should have spoke up at the end and told him that's not really what he wanted but Julius shouldn't have let my kid walk out of there looking like vector from despicable me. Shame on you Julius for having such poor manners and shame on the owner of this place for employing somebody that treats customers that way.

Just got my first haircut here today by Cas. She was very welcoming and did an awesome job with my fade and plus a complementary shampoo for first visit. I will definitely return. :)

I was put on the List was told 53 minutes showed up after 45 minutes once checked in at store it said I had another 58 minute wait I waited 10 minutes seen there was 6 others waiting and looked and seen there was only 1 hair cutter working.. 3 hours later they said I was next.. Unacceptable

would give negative stars if i could. first checked in online at 1:45 p.m. said to show up at 4:45 long wait but holiday season. i understand that. finally got a text that the stylist would be ready in 15. showed up to the store and entered my phone number to check in 5 minutes after the text. was just at the store next door. waited another 30-45 minutes with no service. took three people below on the line when it said we were next. then without calling our names took us off the list. when i asked what happened to our names they said they it just kicked you out the system and kicked us off the list. the older lady with reddish hair was very unhelpful, very rude and unprofessional told us "don't know what to tell you" worst customer service i have ever received. been going to the delta location since it opened years ago and will never return due to rudeness of the employee
