I traveled to Eugene for a medical apt for my daughter. There was a really bad snow/ice storm prior to coming up. We didn't know if there was still snow or ice on the I-5 so we left early. I had my husband with me, my 2 year old daughter, my 18 year old daughter ands myself, we parked up the road at Dennys and sat in the parking lot to waste some time. We decided to go to the gas station before my daughter's apt and get some food. We get to my daughter's apt that ended up getting canceled because of the storm, we did not get the memo.. I also noticed I had a low tire, so we went back to the shell and was about to head in to grab some more snacks for the drive back and air up the tire and Teresa I believe is her name and one of the other ladies working that day thought we were waiting around selling drugs. Thanks for assuming! Not cool.. my feelings are very hurt. We are going through a really hard time as a family on this day and for her to say this to us really hurt. If I could give no stars I would. ??I'm sorry I have to leave this negative review but that was not okay...

I stopped in on my road trip home and had absolutely amazing customer service at the pump and inside the store! Super friendly, super clean restrooms, and my favorite kind of ice!

Stopped for fuel yesterday. Was very busy one attendant. Friendly and talkative. Saw I had a dog asked if he could give him a treat. Even though it was busy he was still Friendly and CalmRefreshing to see happy employees

Wow.. what can I say about this Jacksons store... So I first walk in and was greeted with a good morning and a hidden smile haha. I came in for a snack, and a drink and was so impressed with this little store that I had to review it. So they had all the things you expect, the milkshake machine, a plethora of drinks to choose from, many different coffee variations.. but what I loved was the beer cooler!! This beer cooler was almost as big as the old gas station store that was previously in it's place. This store was not messing around, in it's deli station, sandwiches were fresh, I got one it the pepperoni and cheese snack packs and was glad I did it was tasty and because I got it they gave me a free banana.. who doesn't like free potassium?! Bathroom was clean, and designed in a way where you don't need to touch door's, not a biggie with me but some it can be a deal breaker..bahaha. people were working when I went in and out thats what I like to see! Keep up the great work people at the Jackson's!

Friday morning, September 24th, 2021Had a leaky radiator, stopped here for water. Treated badly. It's a service station. For service. I drive a car, meaning that I will ultimately buy fuel somewhere. I paid it forward. I have been a customer. Because I didn't buy fuel on THIS PARTICULAR OCCASION I'm treated like I'm setting up a hobo camp in the parking lot because I needed to tighten my hose clamp and put water in.

Friendly staff. Helpful. Facilities are clean. This place is a treasure. I drove alone. I am not familiar with Oregon. I'm not a fan of having my gas pumped for me but it is what it is. This place made me feel safe. Thank you to all staff.

Very friendly staff, they check up on you as a returning customer. Overall, they are very helpful too. Being from Virginia, I didn't know you had your gas pumped for you in Oregon, but the attendants work hard and are great at their jobs, I like being a returning customer here, Thank you!

Staffed by genuinely nice people 24/7, good selection of everything from TP and candy to beer and smokes. Fuel is reasonable
