went in there and was told to use a certain product to get the yellow tone out of my hair ended up turning my hair green and orange and they refused to give me a refund on the product that i only used 20% of all they could do was give me a 50 cent discount, horrible customer service as well. They weren’t even nice or respectful after destroying my hair!

I should start by saying its hard for me to ask for help, this is pretty obvi by the state of my hair the other day... But i mustered the courage to ask for help correcting my overtoned purple/greenish hair... The gal with the perfectly bleached pixie hair walked me aroumd the store and explained everything i needed and how to use it! Long story short, my hair is back to a cute honey-blonde and i feel empowered having done it myself! Thank u amazing Sally Staff!

The person who helped me with my red hair dye was amazing and very helpful and the dye I got was semi permanent so I was very skeptical but it turned out gorgeous ? I'm very happy I listened to them! Thank you beautiful blue haired human!

I came into this store earlier with my husband because we were in the area and needed nail glue. This saved me a trip to the Springfield location and I was glad we kind of randomly found this one. We were immediately greeted when we walked in, and it was welcoming. I had no questions, but certainly felt welcomed to ask questions if I needed. We were left to wander and find what we needed. We ended up with nail glue and a hair brush. When we were ready to check out, the employee was working was very sweet and kind. I really appreciated her customer service and great attitude. The store is small, but clean and organized. Would I return? Yes, I definitely would return to this location.

I too, like other reviewers, experienced an unexpected "lunch closure" during normal business hours here. I drove over on Sunday at 2pm, and to my shock the door was locked when I went to open it. Then i saw a sign on the door "Will be back at 2:45" It's so unprofessional to close for (at least) 45 minutes during normal business hours. On a SUNDAY too, when everyone is trying to run their errands. Sat in my car and waited 45 mins, tried again and there were tons of people in there now, with the pink-haired cashier who reeked like cigarettes. I'll take my business elsewhere next time.

I went in yesterday and wanted to just get what I needed and I overheard the store clerk telling a customer to use dish soap with a bleach, if the lady does this she is going to distroy her hair. This "sales person" is giving bad advice and I hope no one listens to her. Also, just a heads up, if you decide to purchase generic hair color, it isn't it is Wella, the same product right next to the name brand on a different shelf, SCAM!!!!!! OH and it's the same price, but more expensive then others. If you look at the receipt it states that you can get a refund if you don't like what you baught, but the person who was there said she couldn't do anything for me cause her manager was not there, just found out she is the manager. Someone needs to either teach her how to do her job or get rid of her, she doesn't know what she is doing.

How do they stay in business? We just moved to town and saw the other Yelp reviews on how they randomly take lunch breaks for hours during normal business hours. I've lived in large cities (Houston) for 10 years and we lived in small towns- I can't believe the owners allow this. I watched them lose about 10 customers while we waited. We showed up thinking we should give them a shot and see if the reviews were right and they were spot on. We showed up at 3pm on Saturday thinking there is no reason it should be closed. I guess I'm shocked this is how they handle their business.

I made it outside with four other women waiting to get inside I had already been to the store previously in the last two hours waiting for them to open for lunch (which was posted for 3:45 came back had the same time on the door and three other women walked up and tried to open the door and that time still close at this point it was 4:04 at some point they took it off the door and then wrote for 45s when they would be opening when a lot of these people spend time to drive up here and waste gas on a unreliable business it's never open. WHOS WORKING WTH.THE DYE IS GETTING TO YOUR HEAD OF YOU THINK THATS OKAY!

I visited this location not too long ago and when I walked in I made eye contact with one of the workers and she didn’t greet me. I overheard her and her other co worker. As I was walking through the store (obviously unsure of where a certain product was) I still was not helped. Honestly save your time and go elsewhere.

First time I went there, they were to open at 10 am and no one showed up. The manager in the building nextdoor called the manager at Sally's and someone showed about two hours later. Today, at 4 pm, I walked up and as I was approaching the door, someone walked up to the door from the inside, looked me in the eye, and locked the door. Apparently, it was lunchtime.

I don't even know where to start. All I could say is that the manager Krystal with neon pink hair, should not be working with customers. She gave me an anxiety attack yesterday morning. Just for coming to buy some hair products that I needed. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had in my life. I don't know who hurt this woman for her to be so mean but I am so appalled that she's even a manager and represents Sally's Beauty Supply. I will never be coming to this store again. And I hope no one ever experiences such horrible service like I did.

Theres always room for inprovement and so with sallys beauty .they do have a varied collection of trendy beauty supplies and of course the typicall BRANDS carried and then some not so typical .they carry anything from hair clippers to facial masks they also indulge carrying mens beard shampoos soaps conditioners and more.there are no public restrooms they have great hours parking is crowded but free.one can spot the shopping center from the road but sallys like others cannot be seen. Ive been a long standing good customer yet everytime i go to soend a descent chunk of change they follow me about getting often in my way.its as if they assume im a shoplifter .Outrageous!!! I would like to see them expand by carrying more supolies and larger storeeêin the retail sector .i find it also surprising that hallf the employees know little about the products that they carry which i find irresponsible and neglectful of a customers needs.they do carry some cool products
