Got a crack in my windshield and was referred to Safelite by a co-worker. To my surprise, they got me in the very next day (very rare for any kind of appointment in Eugene). They provide quick service and great communication throughout the process. The real 5-stars come from the above and beyond customer service from Adam. He stayed late for pick up, communicated every step of the way and was kind a patient the process. Would absolutely use them again.
