The staff was amazing. Measured my feet on their kiosk machine, and recommended 3 pairs of shoes. Not pushy at all and very friendly and knowledgeable. I have plantar fasciitis.and the new shoes feel really good on my feet

I really love this running store. The staff are very friendly and make sure to greet you as soon as you walk in. Not only are they friendly, but they are very knowledgeable. They also have a great community run on Wednesday nights starting around 6:00 pm and have all paces and even someone geared towards folks that just want to walk. This is my running store!

Been to a few stores around town to find the perfect hiking shoe, but nothing was really working for me. Dustin went above and beyond what anyone else in town did. He scanned my foot not only to understand what size and width I am, but also the other dimensions of my foot (such as height). He then brought out many shoes for me to try on, including ones just to get a sense of how a wide vs regular shoe would fit. The shoe size we settled on was out of stock (and seems to be nationally), but they offered to try and hunt it down through their contacts at other stores.

First time here. The guy that helped me was really knowledgeable and helped me as soon as I came in. They have a good inventory of different brands and models. I think I just found my new running store.

Run Hub is my go to running store in Eugene. It's a small store but they have a lot. The employees are all extremely knowledgeable about running as well as about every product in the store. Right when you walk in they immediately ask if you need assistance with anything. Super friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of Gus and gels as well as all kinds of running socks. You can even try on model socks to get a feel before you buy a pair. They also have clothes, shoes, running watches, sunglasses, water bottles, foam rollers, and more. Definitely check it out if you need anything running related!

Stopped by to pickup some running shoes, Connie was really helpful, she helped me try on 8 pairs of shoes until we were positive we found the right ones. She asked really important and specific questions about my running style/history/fit preferences etc and was knowledgeable. I feel really confident in my choice, and look forward to coming back for my next pair.

Run Hub does so much for the local running community. Clever selection of shoes, apparel, and accessories. The staff is as nice as they come. Their community runs every Wednesday are super fun! Last time I went, I got to try out some new shoes, and they raffled off a pair at the end. I’m grateful to have them here in Eugene.

Great customer service. The employees gave me enough space to look around, but were so helpful, answering my noob questions until I had a better idea of what I needed in a shoe. It's so nice to have a place to go to actually get expert advice.
