Went in to find a futon mattress and walked away with not only a mattress but one of his custom bean bags. He had the bean bag done same day and he had the futon matress we wanted in stock. He was very knowledgeable and very kind to my very crazy children. Will be recommending this place to all we know.

I just wanted to thank Jeff for making my recent purchase of a Nutmeg King bedframe, setup and delivery so easy and enjoyable. I had wanted a bedframe from Robb's Pillow Furniture for over a year and finally went in to purchase it. Jeff was easy to talk with and he answered all my questions. Parking is easy and intuitive, unlike other reviews mentioned. I appreciated being able to support a local business. I highly recommend Robb's Pillow Furniture. Thank you again, Jeff.

Over the summer, I stopped in to purchase a futon mattress, it was only my second time buying a new mattress and I didn't really know everything to look for. Unfortunately, I purchased a very firm mattress that ended up being very painful to sleep on. The first couple of weeks of sleeping on the mattress, I needed ice packs in the morning to lessen the pain on my shoulder. Because the mattress was so uncomfortable I also purchased a very expensive topper to make sleeping more tolerable and I also bought a 1" coconut coir pad to help as well. The mattress was unusable for more than 2-3 hours each night, because the pain was unbearable and I just ended up sleeping on my couch. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because the mattress cover (un-bleached cotton with natural flecking) was good quality and seemed durable and there was no odor at all associated with the mattress and I appreciated that. I had a lot of reservations about the mattress though having boric acid as a flame retardant. I brought this up on my initial visit and the owner downplayed it and said it was totally fine, but upon doing more research I learned it can be toxic and cause respiratory problems. Boric acid is listed under the EPA as a pesticide; used to kill ants and other bugs. In the end, the mattress was not a good fit for me and I recently decided to give it away. Also be aware that ALL SALES ARE FINAL, even if you've never opened the mattress and it's still brand new, inside the plastic bag, fully wrapped. I had to learn the hard way. Since then, I learned to do better research and ask more questions before I make a mattress purchase. Customer service also could have been improved, owner was defensive toward me when I spoke with him about my concerns. Overall, disappointed.

It seems I dropped in to check this shop out a dozen years ago, the guy made these really elaborate bean bag type chairs, I think this was mostly me looking into my neighborhood, By the time I was done talking with him I knew I might not afford the chair or structure I wanted but that what he did was very neat and that I was not the only person who wanted such things, he was very informative and had plenty of history to share. I recall this about twice a year and wonder why I never shared this neat experience.

Great selection and prices. If only the owner would wear masks when talking to customers in person. I would of felt more comfortable shopping here. It's still covid times please mask up!

The products are high quality and reasonably priced. The service is excellent. My nephew (who has autism) still loves his pillow chair I bought 5 years ago. My futon still looks and functions like new after 4 years. I contacted the store recently to ask how to clean a cat pee stain out of the fabric and they responded immediately. Wonderful local business!
