Wow was just in with my 10 year old son and the employee with the big hat thing was so rude. First he calls him a "wandering child" while I'm standing right next to him, so whatever he was implying by calling him a wandering child was not valid and uncalled for. Then he was so terrible when I asked about the bathroom for my kid that I just left my basket cause no way was I interested in interacting with this dude. Then he like came outside trying to find us to keep being a jerk. Clearly not brains in that hat

So much better than the Rite Aid on echo hollow. I literally live right next to the echo hollow location and I still come to this rite aid all the way up Coburg because they do such a better job.

Locking the doors nearest their handicapped parking is not very nice. No wonder Rite Aid is going bankrupt. The clerks attitude was " it doesn't matter".

The staff at the Coburg Rd Rite Aid pharmacy always go above and beyond to get my prescriptions filled fast and with a smile on their faces. I love this pharmacy!

Whatever you do avoid this pharmacy at all costs. I came in for an urgent refill at 6pm and was told it would be 30-45 min. I came back after over an hour to find out the pharmacist put it on hold because I wasn’t present. It is now almost 8pm and was just informed it would be a very long time before my prescription can be filled. This is the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had!

Feels like a failing organization. Stock is poor and the poor cashier was the only person in the store. That is scary. Rite Aid can do more to offer customers and employees a greater sense of security. Staff turnover is too high.

This store is best place to buy vitamins, candy, birthday cards, you name it. And the prices are terrific. Seems there's always a BOGO on what I need or want to buy.

Pharmacy is very slow, does not answer phone. My vet faxed prescriptions that were never received and I had to get a paper scrip to fill it.Shelves at this store are usually understocked.

This pharmacy NEVER answers the phone. I’ve called multiple times every day since Monday 8/21 with no answer ever. I need my medication but they still have not filled it when my Neurologist prescribed it on 8/21. Don’t go here! I will be moving pharmacies ASAP.

never picks up the phone, medications are never ready by the time you need them despite calling in the timeframe they tell you to, staff is almost always rude because you’re just supposed to be ok with not having your medications?just don’t bother with them

I am done with this pharmacy. Prescriptions phoned in days in advance are not filled until I physically show up at the window. The staff is often surly.

We have come here for 2 years. We have had to make several trips to pick up a med that is supposed to be filled. I really like the staff here but systematically things are not connecting.

I used to love this pharmacy. Sometimes the staff on the phone aren't the friendliest, but I get it, they're swamped and stressed out. But that's really no excuse to be rude with a customer. My biggest issue now is that they just never answer the phone. If you're lucky enough to have someone answer, they put you on hold forever, they leave you on hold until you either give up or you get booted. Then if you do call back, the line rings once then hangs up. This happens all the time. You can never reach anyone. When I do FINALLY get through to someone who can help, they say theyre slammed and it will take a while to get my meds ready, which is totally fine, then 10 minutes later I get a call saying it's done. Must not have been that busy. And this happens every time I do get my meds filled. After calling basically all day, I finally reach someone and minutes later my meds are filled. Considering my meds are due for a refill and the DR has sent it over, why on earth do I have to call for you to fill them? Just fill them... It would save me the frustration of dealing with you and it would save you from having to answer a million calls. Simple.
