I was going to transfer my prescriptions from Safeway to Rite-Aid because I live right next to it. Because of all of the bad 1 star reviews, I have chosen to go with River Road Health Mart. They have 4.3 stars on Google and they are fantastic!

Jauki is definitely the best pharmacist that you guys have. Hes truly a professional, always with a smile on his face. If my ratings were based on his service it'd be 5 stars.
However, I cannot give more than 2 stars. They do not answer phone calls. Not even 1 call every 20 minutes. You'll be on hold for hours with no answer. I've spent over 4 hours trying to get ahold of them. They refused to fill my entire inhaler prescription stating it was an error last month. I only got 1. I've had several severe asthma attacks due to this. Today while in hold I just needed to ensure my mobile order went through to get my inhalers started. With no success I finally drove in while on hold. I showed the attendant how long I'd been on hold and hung up in front of her and she said "yeah we don't answer phones" so if you need to ensure they're actually making your script, go in person. I ended up having to go to ER for a Nebulizer treatment today due to not being able to contact them..
So despite having amazing employees, the system isn't working. I am heavily considering switching after today's situation.

We have come here for 2 years. We have had to make several trips to pick up a med that is supposed to be filled. I really like the staff here but systematically things are not connecting. Still issues 10 months later.

Requested refill on pain medication over a week ago and still waiting. Was on hold for 1 and a half hours today a d finally gave up. I will have to walk in to the store before they close. Looking for a new pharmacy now.

they never answer their phone. been on hold for an hour for me to get thrown in the back of the line again , frustrating when you need answers about prescriptions.

The last two times I have been to the pharmacy I have been helped by Jauki. He is very friendly and so helpful. I had surgery on my right wrist (my dominant hand) and both times he offered to put easy open caps on all of my prescriptions. The first time I wasn’t aware this was an option and took him up on his kind offer. He really made my day.

Rapid and Efficient care from pharmacy team on Coburg Rd Riteaid pharmacy., Was visiting there last week. I needed to obtain RX medication for a family member who had unexpected surgery. Pharmacy were greatly helpful there, so appreciated. Better experience than have had in our hometown Ashland Riteaid .

Wow was just in with my 10 year old son and the employee with the big hat thing was so rude. First he calls him a "wandering child" while I'm standing right next to him, so whatever he was implying by calling him a wandering child was not valid and uncalled for. Then he was so terrible when I asked about the bathroom for my kid that I just left my basket cause no way was I interested in interacting with this dude. Then he like came outside trying to find us to keep being a jerk. Clearly not brains in that hat

So much better than the Rite Aid on echo hollow. I literally live right next to the echo hollow location and I still come to this rite aid all the way up Coburg because they do such a better job.

Locking the doors nearest their handicapped parking is not very nice. No wonder Rite Aid is going bankrupt. The clerks attitude was " it doesn't matter".

The staff at the Coburg Rd Rite Aid pharmacy always go above and beyond to get my prescriptions filled fast and with a smile on their faces. I love this pharmacy!
