Only go here if you don't have other options. This location has way too many customers. Orders don't get filled. More often than not, long hold times on phone. Long lines at the pharmacy. I'm writing this review while waiting for 60 minutes on hold. This is not during their all-staff lunch break. They'll put your prescription through a separate processing center, which works for automatic refills, but medications that cannot be automatically refilled can get major delays. I can't see status of refill on RiteAid.com, either. I don't know if its being processed without calling. I want to use online/automated systems to do these things, but I can't. So for me, I have to: 1. Through automated phone, submit refill request by prescription number. 2. Call the pharmacy to ask them to "expedite" it (fill the prescription locally.) 3. Wait for the text that it's filled. 4. Go wait in long lines. 5. Hope this process takes less than a week. So this time, I put in a refill over a week ago, never got a text. I called 3 days ago and asked about the refill. They said it will get filled in the, "next couple of days." Now its a few days, and I'm on the phone for the second time to follow up. I'm out of medication tomorrow morning. Every other month, its a razor edge like this. I'm sick of it. I can't find another pharmacy with my medication in the area. If you have other options, please go for them. The staff I interact with at this location are nothing but wonderful and professional. They are over worked. This location does not have enough capacity to serve the demand.

I don't leave reviews for things like pharmacies, but this place has become unbearable. They consistently understaff the pharmacy, their primary function, to the point that I will begin the switch to another pharmacy with all my docs. If I'm not in here to get prescriptions filled, there is no other reason for me to come inside. This is a useless waste of real estate.

Awful pharmacy. Should have read the other reviews before signing on here, but now I'm going to Hirons. Apparently well staffed but totally inefficient. Pharmacist insists on "reviewing" all prescriptions even if I've been taking this statin every day for 15 years. Result is the line is glacial. Not melting glacier slow but truly frozen glacial slow circa 1790. Call them?? Hah!! Don't even try calling them, I was on hold for 17 mins and then they dropped my call. An absurd farcical, yet aggravating, experience.

I got a text that my prescription is ready for pickup. I had a very bad reaction to this medication and immediately told my physician who told me not to take it anymore. I have been trying to reach Rite Aid Pharmacy (I was on hold for FOUR HOURS on Saturday (1/13) and THREE HOURS on Sunday (1/14). I tried again today with NO LUCK to tell them to CANCEL this prescription. What kind of pharmacy is this!!!!! I am thoroughly disgusted with them.

I've had an appointment scheduled for weeks for my daughter, who's afraid of needles, to get the flu mist. I was called tonight and informed that it was not available. The employee was cagey when I asked why, but finally admitted that they did have it, but gave ours away and would not be ordering more since it's the end of the season. Not only is it leaving us high and dry, it doesn't even make any sense: the University of Michigan School of Public Health says that flu season goes through May. I am very disappointed and my daughter will now likely go unprotected. We won't be using this location again. Wish I'd believed all the one-star reviews.

Rite Aid has chosen to put essential oils & diffusers right where the pharmacy pick up line is. As someone with fragrance induced asthma, I find this very awful. I am wearing a KN95 mask, but the scent is giving me breathing problems that I cannot fix by moving, or using my rescue inhaler. Do BETTER RiteAid. Put the smelly stuff in the perfume section where I can avoid it.

If I could give less than one star I would! My son and I had scheduled vaccine appointments and drove across town only to be turned away because they didn't feel like giving us the vaccines...they said that they were done with giving vaccines for the day when it would have taken them a couple of minutes to do the right thing...absolutely despicable!!! We even said that were willing to wait a few minutes to let the pharmacist finish what he or she was doing, but they still would not help us.Please stop hiring these entitled fools that don't want to work, they are a discrace to the entire professional working world, we will never go there again!

Alan the pharmacist is awesome. The main reason I go to this Rite Aid. More like seeing a long time friend than someone doing their job, he's been there as long as I have been going there. I have been going there very frequently, almost weekly, since 2019 after my heart surgery. My prescriptions are filled quickly when he is on duty and always makes sure I don't need anything else.

The pharmacy is slow and the employees seemed so miserable and like helping me was an inconvenience. Sighing and dragging their feet as if doing their job was a bother. Trying to ask questions was useless they would barely communicate.

5 people in the pharmacy, long line, prescriptions were sent in yesterday and still not ready and the dude with the faux hawk is just snotty and rude to everyone. Perhaps get a job you like instead of taking out your miserable frustration on customers. The lady next to me was 90, I heard her birthday… and he treated her like a complete j**** Horrible slow ride service, and I use the word service lightly!

Morning sick as hell. hurried to the bathroom and found it locked. Turned around to a short, chubby man waddling towards me with a key and told me very angrily and rudely he had to unlock it first. I had been told it was unlocked so I didn't understand his aggression. I told him I was morning sick and trying not to throw up on the floor and he said "whatever". not the added stress I need right now.

Corporate, I KNOW you have the funds to pay your staff better. It shows. Things would go a lot smoother. Less turnover, faster wait times, better moods in general. They should unionize and strike so this change can happen. Pay them like dirt, and they’ll treat everyone like dirt.

Never pick up the phone and when you do get the "pleasure" of being forced inside the pharmacy, the line looks like this
