Let me just say hands down they have the best customer service ever they are very kind towards customers even know I’m losing my job they understand and are willing to help so I don’t lose my camera way to go team will definitely be keeping me as a customer

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with wouldn't deliver my product when they were supposed to and then try to blame it on me the female manager at the Eugene one is the worst. Then I spoke with her husband at the Springfield one and he was supposed to transfer everything to that store and get it delivered and then he dropped the ball and it never happened. This was several months ago and I still have yet to get my money back after trying to go in and get it about six times now being told they don't have it. To top that off also it turns out that the general manager Lacey is ignoring messages that get written on the board. I Don't know if she just erases them or ignores them. So She doesn't have to deal with anything. I'm not sure..

Laicey and Cole worked with me so I was able to have both pieces of furniture. The couch set arrived much sooner than expected and the delivery was done very professionally.

Prices between Aaron’s and Rent a center are so different! I’ve been looking at both websites to see if I can find what I’m looking for and haven’t found it yet so I’m not sure why I was asked to take a survey?

In September of 2021 I reported to THIS store that the electronics I had on lease were stolen. The manager told me I was legally obligated to make those payments even though they were stolen. He "restarted" my agreement to "get me back on track" because I was a month or so past due at that point. He said because of the value of the items if I don't make the payments then he can report me to the police for felony theft and I've been making those payments ever since. I just now learned that the insurance I had been paying on that is included with my agreement covers theft. I want someone to contact me immediately. He is not the typical store manager, he was one that goes from store to store - he mentioned how much he travels around for RAC. I have witnesses to this conversation as well and it took place on September 24, 2021 about 4:30PM at the West 11th store in Eugene OR.

I rented four beds short term last month and the company did a good job with delivery and pickup. It was intensely busy for them given world track and fields and they were always polite and helpful. Thank you Miko and Russell!

My friend has a bunch of stuff from them. The two times that I've been in the store, the female manager has gone above and beyond for my friend! She's super nice too, the manager:)

If I could give no stars I would. I was a long time customer. Over two years. I paid off 6 items in that time. Ran into some health issues and family health issues as well as a deposit not coming when expected and they chose to throw away my business tonight. My partner has gone in to pay in cash many times. He went on Thursday and they refused him saying they must speak to authorized person. Wouldn’t take the money then they come by tonight and I told them that after the threatening letter they sent me and the fact that they refused payment I no longer wanted the merchandise. Cool let me grab it was their reply.So I did. And I have to say it is really sad because companies want customer loyalty… but they aren’t at all inclined to give it.They knew I was having issues and never once offered any solutions, like payment freeze, etc and I received the threatening letter telling me to return when I googled and then asked about the payment freeze… Really messed up!
