I was impressed with Chris and RedLine Automotive from the first time I brought them one of my Toyotas, 15+ years ago. He'll lose advises me of maintenance that will be coming up and about when I'll need to have it taken care of, so I can save up for big stuff on the horizon. Most recently, he did the brakes on my current Toyota Sienna and an oil change. When he called with the diagnosis, he gave me price options. Pads only or complete, with rotors. Because I knew it was coming up I had enough to do the whole thing. As always, fantastic turnaround time and great price, so it's no surprise that he's often booked out at least a couple of weeks.
Worth noting, I think: I sold my 2002 Sienna to a friend 5 years ago with 250,000 miles on it & he's still driving it

I highly recommend this shop! My 2019 Toyota Highlander needed all kinds of fluid flushes and Redline was so honest with me and ended up only doing the transmission flush and the fuel injection. All other fluids were still good (i bought this vehicle used not too long ago and had no service history online or anywhere). I will def be brining by vehicle to Redline from here on out. Great, friendly service, and who does not like to support a small business? 10/10 recommend!

It’s no small feet to replace an engine; logistics, sourcing, phone tag, scheduling etc. Chris seemed to handle it all with ease and the final product was better than I expected. I appreciated his down to earth approach and friendliness in doing business. He’s the real deal from start to finish; I highly recommend.

I ended up going to Action Automotive because they could get me in sooner and it seems they were cheaper for an inspection at least, but Redline was very friendly and professional on the phone. They told me their rate is $125 / hour, but your mileage may vary.

Chris and Dylan are fantastic, good mechanics, honest, fair, and well liked by anybody they do business with. If you have a Toyota and you're not taking it to these guys, you're doing yourself and your car a disservice.
