“Lines are long sometimes, but I have always received good service when I needed help. Plenty of parking. Self service kiosk is very convenient and always works well. This branch usually has the fun and new stamps.”
“After receiving terrible service at the Gateway location related to passport service, the downtown Eugene location was a breath of fresh air and an entirely different experience. The woman who processed my application was super efficient, extremely friendly, and provided extra details about what to expect with items mailed and timelines. It was super helpful. I don’t think i was in the post office more than 5 minutes. Gateway made my daughter fill out the money order after the guy slapped the book on the counter pissed about it. At the Eugene post office we had friendly chats about pretty nails and such, and i didn’t even touch the money order book. She didn’t make me stay to watch her fill it out either.”
“Let's ignore the (sometimes) very long line and concentrate on the friendly, respectful staff at the counter. My last visit definitely merited 5 stars, but there wasn't a line, so I'm already in a good mood before getting service. Staff member, Tim, was as usual efficient, friendly and helpful. The USPS is unusual in the US. It's not owned and operated to benefit corporate greed. It's a service that should be cherished and appreciated.”
“What’s with all the bad reviews from disgruntled people online? This place is awesome. ZERO complaints from me. Everyone is great here and I have access to my PO Box after hours which is fabulous because I can’t always make it to the post office earlier in the afternoon. 5 stars! I have had PO Boxes/mailing addresses in other places in the past (within Oregon AND out of state/out of the country) and this post office location is hassle-free with good people. No complaints here. It’s great! ??”

“Great service despite being inside a convenience store. It's not a full service post office but fast and easy for simple mailings. Almost never a line. Clerks are quick and courteous and you can pick up a nice bottle of wine in their wine cellar while you're there.”
