Why even bother with picking a time for a vet appointment, if you allow 10 people to all show up at the same time to a very crowded dirty pet store. The super slow customer in front of me couldn't understand the sale speil about which vaccinations or "plans" to purchase. There was no forward movement after 10 minutes in line with all the other dogs barking and people grumbling. They didn't even clean the weight scale between patients. Gross. Obviously, I left.

Unfortunately store was closed due to low staffing issue, so call first in evenings.

A few months back I left a complaint. I overheard employees talking about putting soda pop in with fish to kill fish to get back at another person who works there. I have called the store several times and the same two employees Kiara and Jacob keep throwing my messages away. I even tried calling while in the store and watched them. These workers don't deserve jobs around animals. Will never shop here again!

Went in to buy some fish and reptile supplies and the employees were super helpful and knowledgeable! I’m a somewhat new reptile parent and an employee named Jacob took the time to explain food/bedding/enclosure literally everything I needed to know to keep my ball python happy and healthy! Kiara helped my pick out new angel fish and plants for my tank and the whole time she was super friendly! Both seemed to really care for the animals and take pride in ensuring the little guys have the best homes! 10/10 will be going back again

This establishment is an exceptional provider of pet care services. I particularly appreciate the convenience of having my pets' vaccinations and medications managed efficiently.

We have (3) Kitties now. This store has excellent quality and prices ! We've been shopping here for 2 years ! Store is clean..organized...and the Staff are pleasant and helpful!

Took my neighbors dog here & they acted like it was her 1st time here & she was very stressed when I picked her up . I got her back home & she laid in the same spot for 2 days.
