Single new home buyer here.Before I started the process, I decided to call multiple brokers to ask their opinion on what I can do to prepare and qualify for a home loan.Out of everyone, Evelyn was the most attentive, knowledgeable, informative, realistic, patient, and helpful broker that I talked to. When I asked questions, she did a great job at directly answering with clear info. She wasn’t pressuring me to apply immediately with vague answers; She worked with me to make informed steps at my own pace.When talking to multiple experienced real estate agents, all of them would perk up when I mentioned her name. Before I could even ask what they think, they would immediately respond with positive reviews and how much they enjoy working with her. There was no complaints and all them said, “you’re in great hands”Getting a house is stressful, but Evelyn and her team have been a stable rock through the whole process keeping me sane. Paramount mortgage went above and beyond to help my boyfriend and I get approved! We had a very unique case because we had just moved states and also worked jobs where we mostly got our income from tips. With the help of Evelyn, Laura, and Christopher, we were able to purchase our first home! They were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process, answering our many questions and providing ongoing information as we considered all of our options. One of our favorite parts of working with them was receiving worksheets from Evelyn as we were looking at different homes.
