Making this really big switch to get their services for our company’s printing needs was one of the best decisions we made! The printers they recommended have been reliable and efficient, saving us both time and money. We also appreciate their proactive maintenance. Unlike our previous provider, they make sure that our equipment runs smoothly without interruptions because they know how important the machines are to keeping our business up and running.

Coming to work and working with malfunctioning printers is such a headache! I gave them a call, and they quickly sent a technician right away. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly, which was a relief. Reliable service as always!

Thank you, to the rest of the team! Their proactive nature, politeness, thoroughness, and responsiveness make them a great choice. I wholeheartedly recommend them to fellow IT professionals and business owners without hesitation. Always helpful with whatever is needed, small or large, it makes no difference, could not be happier with the service.

I can't review POA as a customer, but we recently started exploring new leases for a copier at our church ,and POA made the best proposal. Diego was great to work with. He didn't try to badmouth any other companies. He simply made us a great proposal. We ended up sticking with the same company we've been with, but if they hadn't worked hard to keep us we would have definitely been going with POA.

When we last purchased an imager, we were told it would come with indexing software. It didn't - but they were willing to install it for an additional charge. After I said yes, they did a little work, then disappeared for a few months, not to be seen again until I called and asked what was going on. A few rounds of this same approach over a year [rinse, wash, repeat] and still no functioning product , so I finally complained - leading to an email telling me they were cancelling the project and not charging me their last invoice [for the project they never did/completed] because 'they couldn't get it to function in a manner meeting my expectations.' Meeting my expectations? Here are the expectations that apparently exceeded their abilities: (1) provide a functioning product as agreed; (2) tell me when it's working and how to use it; and (3) complete the project in something approaching a reasonable timeline. How unreasonable of me, surely justifying the kick to the curb when I complained. I wrote their President Doug Pitassi about this - crickets - leading me to understand their 'customer service" and business model is “We’ll charge you, ignore you, leave you hanging, and then kick you loose if you don’t’ like it.”
Waste your time and money here at your own peril - there are certainly lots of companies that WANT your business and are willing to go above and beyond in an effort to provide good [or at least competent] service to get your business. And then there's Pacific Office Automation..........
