Got a witchy chest piece done by Krys & I'm extremely happy with the whole experience! She's really light handed & made getting a tattoo a breeze. She really worked with me in creating my concept & making it her own & I'm so happy I reached out to her! Very good vibe, great artist. My hubby & I came from Coos Bay so I could get tatted by her. I don't regret a thing. I meant what I said, I'll be back again to get another one done!! And the tattoo studio is super chill & very inviting. Thank you for the great experience!

Krys is an absolute gem! I went in for my first tattoo and she walked me through every step from beginning to end. If you need anything fantasy Krys is the go to! I will 100000% be returning. Thank you so much for such a great experience with my first ink! <3

I recently turned 18 and have been itching to get my first tattoo, I was walking downtown and saw the Out of step tattoo Walk-In sign and had to. I felt spontaneous and gambled for a get what you get and absolutely loved the design. BIG shout to Kirby giving me a tattoo that I love and for walking me through the safety and after care procedures. Going back in for another one soon for sure!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was so happy with my experience. I love my tattoo and the whole shop was friendly. Kirby was so good to work with, gave me exactly what I wanted, and was responsibly priced. A true artist working in a great shop. Can not recommend enough.

Both me and my friend came in and got tattoos with Kirby. We had been talking with him for quite some time beforehand. Kirby did an excellent job working with both of us on perfecting the designs we wanted and also being clear on what would look good and what he wasn't the right artist for. And man was he FAST. The tattoos came out great and just so quick. He answered all our questions about after care. 10/10 will go again.

I got a couple tattoos by Casper and I love them so much! They were professional and kind and did an amazing job. Plus pretty fast tattooing. With awesome flash pieces.Out of step is my go to shop for all my tattoos. I recommend them to anyone and everyone that mentions my tattoos. Rhys is fantastic too. Everyone there is just the best and turning out amazing students.

I’ve had such an amazing experience at this shop, there are so many talented artists and apprentices who are dedicated to providing personable, fun, and professional tattoo services. Everyone works really hard to create a comforting environment for your session!! I’d highly recommend Casper, who does cute, detailed designs and is a budding tat artist!! They have a ton of designs and I’m so excited for our future appointments.My other favorite artists are Kira, Zach, and Brett, who’ve done my other favorite tats on me, and they all have very distinctive, creative styles, too!! ❤️ 100/10 stars

I had the BEST experience at out of step. I worked with Cas, who was absolutely amazing. I have been getting tattoos for years, and have never felt more welcomed, and comfortable!! They communicated with me my entire appointment ensuring I was comfortable and getting me everything I needed and more. They will be my new artist for sure, and I will be coming back soon!
