Great car buying experience! No high pressure sales tactics. We contacted and made an offer online, drove to the dealers, test drove, had an independent inspection, drove to the bank, and drove our new 2017 Mini Cooper S home! Love the car 3 weeks later, and have nothing bad to say about Oregon Roads. We would highly recommend this used car dealer!

Joy is awesome at what she does! We have purchased our last two brand new cars from her and Oregon Roads. It is a super easy process. We discussed with her what we wanted and through her connections she was able to deliver. The last car, a Toyota Corolla Cross XSE, was non-existent on the local car dealership lots and were told we would have to "get in line" and wait for future allotments. Due to Joy's connections, and a deal that fell through out of the area, she was able to secure our new car from a dealer in Salem. We are super happy with the purchase and process.

This was the nicest experience I have had purchasing a car. We found the perfect car at the right price and we were in and out in an hour. We made an appointment on a holdiay week-end with my daughter and 3 grandkids and the entire experence was great. Not the normal exhausting auto purchase.

Joy was a blessing to work with. After my dad had a collision and insurance deemed it a total loss. I helped my father look for a replacement pickup. Oregon Roads had his exact truck in a different color on their lot. I called and spoke to Joy and she was kind and well informed. I scheduled a day to meet her in Eugene with my father. The day came and we showed up to look at the truck. She was very honest about the truck. She didn’t push us, let us take it on a test drive. After my evaluation on the truck with my father he decided he wanted to purchase it. We were open with her that insurance hasn’t processed my dads truck yet and received payout but she was more than happy to fill out paperwork. We put a deposit on the truck. It took us two weeks sadly to finally get payout. We came back. Oregon roads held up to their word. I would gladly come back to them to purchase another vehicle. Thank you Joy and the Oregon Roads Team. My dad is very happy with his purchase.

As a person who owns cars for many years, change is something that takes much consideration, working with Joy has been just that. I contacted her, we talked about my blocks of items to meet. Under no pressure, she gave me several options. As she saw what I was looking for, she found something she thought I would like out of my vision. As it turns out, it was great. I am a proud owner of a new to me vehicle. The whole process from beginning to end was one I was in control without pressure only good suggestions.
