This clinic is not a urgent care. They only see people by appointment. No appointments available.

Four days since lab testing and two since imaging. No results from anyone and even called and asked. OMG person “Jade” was less than enthusiastic when I called to inquire. Medical care industry is crumbling and omg is at the forefront.I’ll go to the local ER when my next acute incident occurs.

Do NOT see Dr. Toles! She completely lacks empathy and compassion for patients that see her. She was also very rude and was arrogant towards me. She refused to refill any of my prescriptions which I've taken for decades because she was "uncomfortable" and didn't agree with what my primary care doctors have prescribed me with. She doesn't care about helping patients at all which is completely unacceptable being in the healthcare industry.

They are money-hungry scammers. They will accept your payments and then send you to collections anyway. They are also liars. I was told that my prescription for anxiety medicine would be refilled on the phone only to see on their health portal website that it was declined for the reason of "pt needs an appointment." I have had anxiety for ten years now and have been on the same medicine with decent results for nearly two years now. I usually only needed to inform Walgreens of my need for a refill but for whatever reason OMG refused my refill until I went in for an appointment. They just want your money. If you are just refilling a script they don't get as much. After being told yes, and then no I was called by a triage nurse who was very snarky and rude, though admittedly I was not very nice at all either during my panic and frustration. She told me that I needed to help myself... I thought calling the doctor for help was helping myself? After a bit, we got on the same page and she agreed to schedule me for a telephone appointment at 7:15 pm. Perfect, that would work for me and my extreme social anxiety. At 7:09 I received a call from one of the clinic managers/supervisors to inform me that they don't do telephone appointments despite my Online Health Portal showing I was scheduled for one. I spoke to this manager for a while and during this chat, I panicked, cried, and expressed that there is no help for someone like me and I should just give up and suffer.During the phone call I was having a mental health crisis however I never did state anything about killing myself or hurting myself even when asked. I suffer from extreme social anxiety. When informed that none of the solutions would work for my specific circumstances I stated that I would just have to give up and suffer. She called the police and told them that I was suicidal. Despite my social anxiety issues, and telling her I am fine she still sent the police to my house. She then lied in my patient notes saying that I said I "would kill myself if I didn't get what I wanted" when I said nothing of the sort. Avoid this clinic. They are scammers and they are liars.

A standard office visit is over $500!!!! I made an appointment because I have absolutely no energy, like EVER. The dr. did absolutely nothing and billed me over $500. I'd recommend finding a different provider.

Rude receptionist/ appointment setters, conflicting information provided. Person setting imaging appointments was short with me, rude and defensive

Their wait times to make an appointment over the phone are over 30 minutes long and it’s just accepted as the norm. We have been with our doctor since my son was a baby and we love his MA or we would have changed by now. The front office needs more support. So they can better serve the patients.

I have been in their office 3 times in the last month for medical appointments. I called in my rx for Lexapro on the 31st. They don't have it. I call in again on the 3rd. They don't have it. I call today and I'm told I need to make another appointment to get my meds approved. This Dr has already refilled this rx and has NEVER called me in for an appointment. I scheduled one with them to get re established myself. The soonest they had was December. NOW they are refusing to refill my anxiety med that is VERY dangerous to go off of cold turkey. They wouldn't even call me in a few to get through until they can see me. Now I'm the bad guy cause they don't care that this is a very dangerous situation for me and I will likely end up in the er.

Not accepting walk ins makes this place unusable. By the time you get sick, they are booked. It was much better before when you could walk in. Haven't been able to get in since the change.

I was with OMG for twenty + years. I am with a new system now and I am getting amazing results from the new doctor. I have suffered with symptoms for years that OMG never addressed. It's getting fixed now. I am however suffering lasting effects from the neglect I experienced with OMG. I waited over 6 months for OMG to transfer my records to my new doctor. Get a second opinion outside of OMG for accurate results. I am amazed at the difference.

I was misdiagnosed on the two occasions I had to go here.I got far better care at the urgent care clinic at 18th and Willamette but that location has been closed since the beginning of the pandemic. The doctors went above and beyond at that location and they are sorely missed in our area. I would rather go to a non-OMG urgent care clinic than go to the Crescent location again.
