I couldn't ask for a better experience. Brad was our advisor and guided us through the entire process going above and beyond. We had a complex situation with multiple transactions and 3rd parties involved. He explained everything to us thoroughly and always got back to us right away. He offered us guidance which helped us get much better end results and he fought on our behalf to make sure everything was done correctly. We were lucky to have Brad's support through this stressful situation and I hope to work with him again in the future.

I was referred to Joshua Kittel from a friend of mine. My boyfriend and I were in a tricky situation: 1. We didn't have a realtor 2. We were dealing with a For Sale By Owner. Through out the process, we had a few bumps in the road (house not qualifying for an FHA loan & we collectively couldn't qualify for a Conventional loan). We thought we were going to lose the house, but Joshua definitely pulled through and helped us. He not only advised us with our loan, but also he guided us through the whole buying process. He was there anytime we had a question. Our loan was funded today and I couldn't be more grateful. I highly recommend Joshua and his team.

We LOVE these guys!! After being given the run around for 2 months with another company (who, in the end never even had a secured loan for us), we called Opes after asking around for recommendations. We worked with Joshua Kittel and Jennifer Brooke who are amazing! They were always there to answer our questions and kept in touch with us continuously throughout the whole process to let us know where our loan was at...my husband and I were so relieved after the awful experience we had previously. We first called them May 17th and our loan closed and the deed was recorded June 18th. If we ever purchase another home in the future, they will be who we work with hands down! I can't recommend them enough! A+++++++

I worked with Susan Duke from Opes Advisors when I was looking for my retirement home in Eugene in 2017. Susan made the process easy and efficient. She was an excellent communicator, very experienced and creative, and a lot of fun to work with. When I found the perfect house after a six-month long search, everything was in perfect order. I was able to make an offer immediately, my offer was accepted the same day (despite multiple offers), and we closed very quickly. I truly appreciate everything Susan did to educate me and support me through this process. I wholeheartedly recommend Susan! If you call her, you will be glad you did.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Susan Duke and Shelley von der Ehe when I purchased a condo in Eugene. The service they provided was excellent. They held my hand through every part of what can be a very complicated and stressful process. They were especially patient with all of my questions and concerns. They were always available by phone and the times when they were not, they promptly returned my voicemail messages. They also made themselves available even at times when I stopped in without an appointment. They were professional and courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the whole process. I highly recommend them.

Paul Fortier, Sheila and the whole crew were amazing. From my first phone call with Paul I knew he was the guy I wanted on my side. It was a lot of work being self employed but he stuck with it and got it done. Will definitely call Paul and the crew for all my mortgage needs.
