Incredible staff who were so helpful and knowledgeable. My 13- year old son was very upset with the news that the insurance likely would not be able to cover repairs and the car was a total loss. They were so sweet and helpful with him while I was making all sorts of phone calls and they shuttled us to the car rental lot. This is an amazing team.

Old Dominion did an excellent job, their staff were professional, helpful and courteous. If there was one down side, it was the two weeks it took to complete the job. The job was billed as ~12 hours, which i understand doesn't account for dry time and other miscellaneous factors. My particular situation left me having to rent a car for that time, which OD was helpful with as well, providing me with their discount rates through a car rental agency. Two weeks of car rental ended up costing me more than twice as much out of pocket as the repair (the dealership i purchased the car from paid 70% of the repair cost). i do not pretend to understand all that is involved with removing and painting a bumper cover, two weeks seemed a long time to me. All in all, still 5 stars, would do business with OD again and recommend them.

The team at Old Dominion is incredible. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Loni, Jimmy, and the rest of the team were knowledgeable and helpful when dealing with my insurance company after an accident. I’m very grateful for their expertise and will recommend them to anyone needing a body shop.

Excellent communication protocols. They handled everything related to insurance. The work seems very good, like new as far as I can tell. I highly recommend, especially for Teslas, which was my experience.

Lainie and the Old Dominion team have the rare combination of technical and customer commitment that made my experience just excellent. My Tesla Model Y had a manufacturing paint flaw. When I stopped by to ask about the warranty process they supported me through the Tesla warranty maze. Once the car was in their shop the work was done with care and skill and in a surprisingly short time. Communication was perfect and when I dropped by to pick Marvin (yes, we named the car) he was spotlessly clean and ready to go.I highly recommend this home town body shop. You’ll get the service you’d expect.

They replace my passenger door. And it looks like it came from a show room. The people at the front desk were great . They kept me informed all the way till I picked up my car. And I was able to get a rental at a decent price. Thanks again FolksDan

So I had a very long EV nightmare lasting 6 months and within two months of connecting with Old Dominion Collision, those nightmares faded. They didn’t get the opportunity to fix my car but they were VERY communicative, efficient, answered all questions and addressed every side of my insurance and repair questions virtually eliminating my need to communicate directly with my insurance. 10/10 would recommend, and 10/10 will do business with them if there is ever a need again.

Over the top fantastic customer service! I drove my car down for repairs from Portland on the advice of a friend, and he did not disappoint! The communication was steady all along, and there wasn't a single question this auto repair savvy client asked that they couldn't answer by their extremely knowledgeable staff. I'd for sure use them again.

Around this time last year, my Tesla Model 3 performance was involved in a side swipe that left my whole passenger side damaged including fenders and both doors. I had babied this car from day one and had spent a lot of time and money to modify this vehicle. I did a crazy amount of research before I stumbled upon Old Dominion for repairs.Though OD was located two and half hours away from me, I decided to take my Tesla to them instead of the approved shops near my home. It did take a long time (about 6 months) for them to receive all the parts and begin repairs but wasnt the fault of OD as we were waiting on the parts to arrive. They put me in their model 3 loaner and even negotiated this for me on my behalf as my insurance company was trying to put me in a gas powered Nissan.About a month later, the repairs were complete and it looked absolutely fantastic (arguably better than how it came out of the factory hah). What I appreciated most was their persistence on negotiating the proper repairs on the vehicles and their constant updates during the process. This tells you they care about you as a customer and want to be as transparent as possible. Overall I loved my experience here and wouldn't hesitate to drive multiple hours to get my vehicle the proper care again.Wanted to give a special shout-out to Kaileigh as she was the teammate that provided most of the communications and walked me through this process from start to finish. Thanks Kaileigh!Thank you Old Dominion!

It’s been a very long time since we’ve needed a vehicle repaired at a body shop. From the first time I walked into to office, everyone at Old Dominion made me feel confident and comfortable that we made the right choice in choosing Old Dominion.Kaileigh was my contact person, she was great! We were told when we dropped off our vehicle to expect several weeks to complete the repairs. Kaileigh worked with my insurance company to get as accurate a supplemental claim payment as possible. I was extremely pleased when I received a call this week that our vehicle was done and ready to pickup, a week or two earlier that expected. Not to mention having a final balance due less than expected too. The completed repairs were absolutely fantastic and look just like it did coming off the showroom floor. They even did a great job detailing the whole vehicle and left a thank you card for us and a long stem red rose for my wife, she loved that!I wholeheartedly recommend Old Dominion Collision Repair to anyone wanting a high quality job and caring staff.Richard Z.

What a humorous and moderately insulting experience with Old Dominion. If I want my car repaired, I will have to wait until October, approximately 4 months from today for repairs to commence. Apparently Old Dominion operates on the same schedule as neurosurgeons in Eugene-Springfield?Missing at Old Dominion, seems to be a bit of honesty from this high end body shop. Make no mistake, this is not a question about their good quality of work. However, there are several auto body shops in Eugene-Springfield that do just as good or even better work.My wife, the claimant, was rear-ended by a Geico insured. The moment I mentioned Geico, I saw an immediate look of distress from Old Dominion representatives. But wait...after taking a few pictures of my car that's in excellent condition at 63,000 miles, Old Dominion would not write an estimate. The other body shops were more than happy to write an estimate for repairs that they could see. And everyone knows unseen additional damage will require a supplement and maybe a re-inspection by the adjuster at a later date.I guess Old Dominion is too special to write an estimate of damages they can see?Instead they told me I would get a text message in 2 weeks and then a "phone consultation with one of our estimators." Hello? This isn't a situation after a snow or ice storm when body shops are backed up. As a matter of fact, my friend had his 15-year old Camero repaired at Old Dominion without any 2 week wait for a "consultation." They repaired his car within 40 days.My phone "consultation," 2 weeks later, consisted mostly of a sales pitch about how Old Dominion always uses OEM parts while others may use after-market parts...the same thing most body shops were saying 30 years ago. Most all reputable body shops use OEM as long as you request that. She also told me that since Geiko was responsible for the bill, there is a chance I would have to pay an unknown amount out of pocket, since Old Dominion and Geiko apparently refuse to negotiate regarding repairs. And finally....yes I would have to wait 4 months for repairs to begin.Translation: Old Dominion only wants to work with certain easy to negotiate insurers. That is just fine and their right to pick and choose...I would suspect they choose the most profitable repairs, and insurers who pay off body shop estimates. With my car at 63,000 miles the hatch and bumper needed replacing, and having to negotiate with Geiko...I guess it's not that profitable? An inquiry with the State of Oregon Insurance Commissioner may shed additional light on the issue of body shops unwilling to negotiate or compromise regarding physical auto body damage. When you are rear-ended, and the body shop "warns" you that the claimant insurer may not pay for all repairs, perhaps that is time to write the letter.

I was unfortunate to have two accidents involving my Tesla. Both times Old Dominion worked on the car and I am thoroughly pleased on the quality of work and their personal service they gave to me. Picture on the right what’s after the accident. Picture on the left. Is the quality work done by Old Dominion.

Horrible. Did not want to give an estimate unless I was going to have the work done by them. Told me I’d be charged more even after insurance pays. Appointment was months out. I waited weeks for an “estimate” call just for them to tell me all that? Not once did we talk about my car or the estimate. The girl was just talking down other shops and about how at their shop they use OEM parts.Response: I'm not sure if google lets me respond back. But, I asked many times for a quote and the gal on the phone would not give me one. She told me they wouldn't give me one unless I was going to actually have my repairs done by your shop. The customer service I received over the phone was terrible. How can I expect to trust you with my car when I felt uncomfortable over the phone asking for an estimate? You guys didn't care to make it right over the phone, but a google review changes that?
