Old Dominion is a wonderful local business. I have had the privilege of receiving superb customer service from this collision repair service twice. They made my Tesla as good as new. They also provided weekly progress updates while my car was being repaired, and assisted me through the claims processing with insurance. I recommend them highly!

I recommend Old Dominion Collision Repair Center 100% to anyone that wants exemplary service and beautiful repair work on their car.
This is the only certified Tesla shop in Eugene so that the repair work is excellent and guaranteed.
The staff go above and beyond what my expectations were.
They are friendly and very generous with their time with explanations of the repair process; provide clear and quick communication with returning emails/texts and phone calls; and give honest and helpful recommendations.
Their suggestions helped ensure that my auto insurance paid fully for their work which I certainly was feeling stressed about. They even lent me a car at one point to make sure the process was smooth and easy for me.
This is the only auto body repair shop I would trust to take my car into. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Old Dominion:)

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dominion Collision Center for repairs on our Tesla, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the first call with Kaileigh, the staff was extremely kind and courteous, making us feel at ease during what could have been a stressful time.
The reception area was inviting complete with delicious cookies that added a nice touch to our visit. But what truly stood out was the level of customer service. Not only did they offer us free meal vouchers for lunch while we waited for our rental car, but they also remembered my name and specific details about our situation every time I called. The team at Old Dominion is great! My partner has had his vehicle serviced by Dustin and the crew for several years. Recently, we discovered a large dent in my vehicle from an overnight hit-&-run. When we took it into the shop, Lonnie and the team were super kind, offered quick service, ensured there weren't any bigger, unseen issues, and made it look good as new. I appreciate their thorough work and genuine nature. Cannot recommend these folks highly enough.

After a recent incident where my Tesla Model Y was backed into, causing severe damage to the trunk, I turned to Old Dominion Collision Repair Center for help.
From the beginning, the staff at Old Dominion were incredibly supportive, assisting me with the insurance claim and making the process as smooth as possible.
The repair work was professionally executed, considering the Tesla Model Y a complicated car model. When a minor follow-up issue arose, the team at Old Dominion didn't just address it; they swiftly resolved it. This demonstrated their unwavering commitment to top-notch after-service. The registration staff also deserves a special mention for their kindness and constant readiness to help, always greeting me warmly.
