This is a very poorly run business/pharmacy. I would not even give them one star. I am looking for a new place to take my business to. I am currently waiting on my third refill. My first order took two weeks, my second one was over a week and who knows how long this third one will be. It's a special compounded medication for pain and they refuse to give an estimated time on when a prescription will be ready. I've asked them if it will be 1-3 days or 3-5 days or longer and they refuse to answer the question. This has happened all three times. I rely on this medication for pain and I've run out of medication because they can't refill a prescription in a timely manner. You would think they would have enough understanding of their business where they could provide an estimated time. I would be happy if they just answered the question. It makes it very difficult on when to plan on getting refills before you run out of medication. When I've picked up my medication I've dealt with the pharmacist (male) and an office person (female). Both were incredibly rude when there was no need to be. I was not upset when I went to pick up my medication, but it seemed like I was bothering them by just walking through their door. I'm amazed that they are still in business. Worst business that I have ever dealt with. Stay away from this pharmacy! You will wait a long time to get your medication and when you do go pick it up they are very rude.

Rude, non-responsive, SLOW at filling prescriptions. I'm looking for another option but there aren't many that do compounding. I think these people know that too, which is probably why their attitudes are so bad. The least customer-friendly pharmacy I've ever used.

Don't use this pharmacy if you intend to bill insurance. The pharmacist won't provide the information requested by the insurance, but will argue with you and your insurance company about what form the insurance really needs. My insurance had to dig up a form because he insisted on one, and then he didn't even fill out the information they really needed. Since he won't give the insurance company the information they need for a claim (even via email), and the insurance company can't compel him to give it, I am out over $60 out of pocket. Would give less than one star if possible.

Refused me service multiple times, horrible customer service. Will be transferring my rx to another company with better customer service. This place requires a mask and yet doesn't offer you one if you accidentally forget yours and do not have any access to a mask. Also the times on their business open is incorrect and I had to drive back multiple times for open hours. All in all, I've had multiple bad experiences with this company and employees not helpful and not caring.

This business could be a jewel for Eugene and the surrounding area if they had more people skills. The receptionist and the farmacist are not good at going the extra mile for their customers. I found an out-of-state compounding pharmacy that is not only better in price but especially in the friendliness and speed with which they offer their services.It's a shame that they have a business that could be more fruitful and well recommended if only they were a little nicer to people! I love supporting local businesses, but sometimes you find yourself with no other option but to look elsewhere for a better service.In the end a business owes its customers and the good reputation that word of mouth spreads. Happy customers are the key!

Initial contact on the phone was with a person very curt and unpleasant. A couple other phone contacts were a bit better though the person taking my credit card information got it wrong and it took a day to realize the error which delayed the process of making my prescription. But the worst part was the rude and arrogant pharmacist. I’ve never encountered someone in that position who was so uncaring.

Well, I won't be using this pharmacy lol. RUDE....REALLY RUDE! Pharmacist who compounded my meds, couldn't even answer me with what ingredients were in my cream..... Like, WHAT LOL....????? No thanks! Apothecary pharmacies have issues with sharing the ingredients in medications!!! My insurance REQUIRES the list because they don't cover certain drugs, therefore. I have to know ahead of time before I send my invoice in, what my cost will be. They refused hahaha. NOPE!!
