“Jerry's simply offers a better variety and more professional help than the other big box home improvement stores in Eugene. Their hours are shorter but hey, they aren't corporate! Only downside to their lumberyard is it is so big! Sadly I usually do HD for lumber if I have the kids in tow because everything is indoors. Definitely a better variety of nuts, screws, and other hardware not easily found at the other stores. And by the pound pricing is fantastic so you can better get as much or as little as you need for a project.”

“Backyard Farmer is a wonderful place to buy all kinds of feed for animals. Along with that, they even have these great funny chickens out side in front. Often they have had sweet little chicks inside, under lights to keep them warm. I have, in the past, brought students there to see them and hold them. Such a great small place, to be honored. I will post photos next time.”

“While I absolutely love this place for their products and convenience because of the proximity to my home, this review is specifically for their employees. They are the reason this place is amazing. I want to name Alejandro that works out on the lot for his hard work and attention to high quality service; and Mark, who works at the drive through check in/out, who’s always there to provide exceptional service. There are more whose names are not known to me but these two are exemplary. They deserve some serious acknowledgment for their dedication to customer service and quality work. I sure hope their bosses pay attention to these reviews! Way to go, guys! Keep up the great work!”

“Went in to buy 4 different colors of paint, the staff were friendly and helpful with answering my questions. They were able to mix up the paint for me right away.”

“I've rented quite a few tools here throughout the last few months. The folks in the tool rental department work hard and kept very busy, but they provide helpful advice and friendly service. All the tools have been serviced and work as they should.”

“Great dumping site, weve been dumping our landscape debris from Oregonscapes lawn care and landscaping here. We know they recycle and not just take it to the landfil.”

“It would be nice if there were people actually there to answer questions and knew what was going on. But there's not enough employees there. Helping customers and at the help desk. They're not quite sure where everything is at a little bit. More training on what electrical things could be for appliances and different appliances.”

“I LOVE my Seneca Rd. Home Depot in Eugene, OR! I try to go to the other location in Eugene (because it is more convenient to where I live) but always end up frustrated and then leaving and going to the Seneca road location. At the Seneca Rd. location, the Customer Service people are amazing and even take back my returns with a smile (lol). I can always find an employee in a department when I have a question and they seem like they are genuinely there to help me. They have the products I want. I even order things online (like pallets of flooring) and have them delivered there and they are always so helpful. Hopefully, Home Depot knows how wonderful their employees are at this location and give them some props, cause the employees are the ones that keep me coming back! Keep up the good work, Seneca Rd Eugene Home Depot!”

“Angela helped me track down a receipt for our Payroll Dept that was lost for a month! She was very patient professional and most importantly very noble. I'm happy to come back to this location to experience excellence. Thank you Angela on Behalf of Buffalo Wild Wings Management”

“It's sad that they need to do it but, having so much behind sliding doors to stop thefts really takes the pleasure away from drooling over tools.
The staff are awesome. Helpful and friendly. The store was clean and well-stocked.”

“Grays Garden Center is hands down the best! Every time I visit, I’m blown away by the exceptional service and the quality of their plants. Their selection is always fresh and healthy, and the staff is unbelievable when it comes to answering even the oddest plant questions. They always go above and beyond to ensure I have the right advice and products for my garden.

I can't wait for spring when their wide variety of vegetables starts coming out. It’s always a highlight of the season! Top-notch business—Grays Garden Center truly sets the standard for customer care and plant expertise!”

“Usually I give this place a 3 or less
The low prices can't be beat. The service is usually slow and rude. Today I discovered that the ATM has a maximum of $200 you can get from the machine. Down from a 300 max. That is so they can double charge you on the fee if you need more. Today I decided I would use one of those electric carts since I am non weight on one leg. But I use a knee scooter. So just for grins, I scooted up to customer service and explained my dilema. A very nice gal went to get me a cart and told me we could swap and she would put my scooter in the back. So I did my shopping and this nice person got my scooter from behind the counter. Wish I noticed her name.”
