Great customer service. We've bought many things from them the past several years. Very knowledgeable and if they didn't have what I needed to worked with me to order it.

Was looking to purchase patio furniture. The owner is welcoming and kind, and certainly appreciative of my business. Wonderful locally owned (did I mention female owned, if that matters to folks?) business.

Lowest quality spas on the market. They also did not honor my warranty when the spa I bought from them broke! Very dishonest company all the way around. Stay away!

Popped in right before closing and they were so friendly in helping us get what we needed for our smaller above ground pool! This shop and showroom are beautiful, I will be back!

I stopped in here because my usual place for pool chemicals was closed, and I'm glad I did. The salesperson with whom I spoke was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and thoroughly answered every question I had about their products. I'll definitely keep them in mind the next time I need to replenish my supplies.

They didn't have what we were looking for, but very friendly. Store dogs are always a bonus! Beautiful store!

Super fun outdoor extravaganza of a store. You can tell that this is a special place and they have just tons of things to look at and buy!

The outside of this business is so inviting! You will find colorful tables and signs that say "60% off!" You walk into a showroom with some exciting and inviting items for your backyard oasis. My boyfriend and I just bought a house and it came with a hot tub-a first for both of us. We were excited to find a store that specialized in pools and spas! The most *unfortunate part is the owner. We went in to simply buy hot tub test strips. We were side swiped by the owner who was going to 'help us' She treated us as though we were being screened for adopting a child. She was anxious with a superior tone that would make anyone feel scolded. It was uncomfortable to be around her. There was no browsing or space to look for the supplies-because she definitely owned the room. We wore masks and were respectful to maintain social distance. We simply were quiet and stayed on task asking for test strips. She went on and on about how she 'always has to educate people about their spas.' He voice was loud and she would eye each of us-looking us up and down. At one point my boyfriend said, 'so do you not want to sell us the test strips?'After we were scolded and schooled on our spa we left feeling just icky. Why would anyone ever shop there? Best wishes if you dare to enter...

Went in today to ask for assistance with getting some cleaning supplies for our above ground pool. Lady was extremely dismissive stating that they didn't have anything for above ground pools and continued to tell us that no where in Eugene or Springfield would have what we needed. That they apparently get 20+ calls a day regarding above ground pools and that they have been sold out for months. They gave no kind of suggestion on what to do, or a date when they would have these supplies again then Sent us on our way. We ended up going over to emerald pool and spa. They greeted us with a smile, and had almost all of the supplies we needed and told us where to get the pump we needed that that they did not have in town.Much for friendlier then northwest. Will not be returning to this location and suggest that if you need assistance with pool supplies to head over emerald pool & spa off of hw99

Our old in-ground pool was showing its age and needed to be renovated or filled in. I reached out to Mike at NW Pool and he quickly came by to assess the situation. After discussing our options, he prepared a very thorough estimate and answered all of my questions with professionalism. He was very easy to work with and everything went perfectly. Our new pool has all new automated heating and chemical systems. It's looks and feels like a brand new pool. I recommend him to anyone that needs a new or renovated pool.
