came in during ice storm for wiper blades. crew was very friendly and helpful. first set i tried didnt quite fit, no fault of napa or employees. it was obvious it was meant to fit but didnt. othe 2 i tried did and i bought both sets.glad i did as one froze up and blew apart. we ended up getting stuck between trees on territorial highway that night scared to death till public works rescue team got us with 3 trucks with chainsaws, a grader and a big bucket. glad we had good wipers! stay away from territorial hwy in a ice storm!!!!!

Napa auto! This store exp! These guys bent over backwards to cross reference a filter that had to be ordered special from Canada. Which I needed to be running today. They did it for me. Went above and beyond. Thank you. Saved the day! Thanks for your help knowledge and know how. You all rock!

Not as good service as other auto part suppliers- more expensive, insists on paper receipts with returns.

Very friendly and helpful at the same time as soon as you walk in the door till the time you leave. I try here first and if they don't have nor can they get the I try the next place. Though if they can't get it then more often than not the others can't either... my experience

Napa still insists on receipts. Bought a quite pricey battery a few months ago & it went dead & would not take a charge. It was in a second vehicle that granted, I did not use very often, but still. I did not leave the lights on. Batteries have plenty of information on them these days, holding people to a paper receipt these days is just bad policy imho. Not to mention the employee was super unapologetic...like yeah, I'm a fricking battery grifter. Bottom line, they didn't make good on their warranty. So done with Napa.

When we talk about speed and the time it takes to get from one point to another ,NAPAgets things done at a rappet record setting time .It's quickly rapid delivery time is outstanding! Love it!

Just wanted to say that I went in this NAPA with a very odd request. The gentleman behind the counter was as awesome as anyone I have encountered with his A++ customer service skills. I did not think at the time to get his name, but I will make a special trip back there just to find out. Awesome experience.
