“The Barger Quest location is the best lab draw location in the Eugene Springfield area. I live in Springfield, but I now go all the way out to the Barger location because of the professionalism of the staff. The way they work shows that they care about their job and their patients.
I am a tough draw. Techs often have difficulties getting my lab draws successfully. On this visit, when one tech (who was super nice, she has a station right next to Adam, I wish I had gotten her name) couldn't get my blood, she got her coworker to try. She stayed right with him and assisted with the draw. I was so impressed with how well they worked together. Adam, especially, went above and beyond. The lab has a 3 poke limit, and we hit that, but Adam invited me back the next day to be the 1st patient, and he would try again. In the morning, he was successful the 1st try.
On a previous lab draw a few months ago, I had the pleasure of seeing this duo in action. They were great then too. This is why I drive all the way from Springfield to get lab draws done by them.

“So y'all. Natalie is the one. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful woman!!! Professional, kind, skilled, accommodating, made me feel at ease are the first things of about 200 that come to mind. I was honest with her about being an ex drug addict and she didn't even bat an eye. She didn't make me feel less than or like a bad person because my veins are now difficult to work with because of my past. Every other place I've been to including hospitals and urgent cares have made me feel like trash and like it's the end of the world that my veins suck. I realize it's my fault but it's not necessary to make me feel like a crappy person because of it. SHE EVEN GOT MY BLOOD DRAWN ON THE SECOND TRY!!!! This is a big deal people!! It s usually a blood bath (everywhere but the vile it needs to go in) and literally I can't remember the last time I went to get my blood drawn and didn't get turned away completely because they decide it's not possible and that's that. And again she got it in the SECOND painless try. I could go on for days. She deserves a raise and whatever else she could possibly want. You are beyond lucky to have her on your team of employees!! She's the ONLY person I will ever go to again to get blood work done and I will recommend her to everyone I possibly can. She is a special person (not to be weird) and she deserves the recognition that she is entitled to. What a professional amazing boss woman!! You have a forever fan in me girl!! Oh hey also I didn't have even the slighted bruise ir mark. I didn't even bleed after we were done. She's magical I'm pretty sure.”

“I can't say enough about the south Eugene primary care office ! They are incredibly helpful and nice anytime I call and go in . Everyone , from the front staff checking you in , to being called back and in an exam room . I switched my PCP to DR. Taylor and it has been incredible . Everyone is extremely nice and when I go in I feel like I'm being listened to and helped out to their full ability which is night and day from my last provider . I can't thank you guys enough . “Being able to make a quick appointment online ensures that you get taken in almost immediately. I've had to wait no more than 5 minutes every time. Making an appointment is key. Otherwise you could sit for hours as a walk-in. Phlebotomists are excellent and do it almost painfree.”
