I have used this cleaners for about 11 years. My clothes are always returned in great shape and on time. My latest experience was for my niece who was getting married within 2 days. When she took her wedding dress out of the bag her dress was all wrinkled. I called the cleaners, who called the owner, Who agreed to do a rush job. They're always extremely busy so I know that they made special effort to get it done. I'm not saying that they'll do that all the time, but it does show their integrity and commitment to their business.

0 stars master cleaners is owned by a scammer fueled by greed. I went home and cleaned the dress with furniture cleaner and a garden hose got all the mold out. I got rip off and the owner was rude with an attitude like I did something for saying something about being ripped off. don't use this company they take jobs they can't do charge u then u to go fuck you're self. I'm pissed , probably end up in small claim court. wish me luck

Dropped off my wedding dress, a pair of slacks and a vest on 7/18 and was told I would get a call in a few weeks when the items would be ready on 8/8. I waited & waited and never got a call. So, around mid August I drove down to the store (I live outside Eugene, so this wasn’t a quick trip) to pick up my items and was told they still weren’t done. I asked the lady to please call me as soon as they were ready. I waited and waited and again NEVER got a call.Now it’s 2 months later; on 9/18 I called and left a voicemail asking after my items. I finally got a call back today 9/19, to come pick up my items.This was my 1st experience with this dry cleaner since Skopils (they were fantastic!!!) went out of business during COVID. If I ever need a dry cleaner again, I’m going somewhere that actually does what they say they’ll do, in the time frame they say it will be done. 2 months is beyond ridiculous, not to mention the poor customer service of never contacting me or advising of any delays. If it’s going to take longer than expected, a call out to the customer is much appreciated. Especially when it’s an important and sentimental item like a wedding dress…..My only positive experience here is the items did indeed come back to me clean.My advice: only use this dry cleaner if you have months to wait around for your clothes to be cleaned.Services: Special care fabric cleaning

I had a stain in my favorite dress and the manager made it her soul duty that day to make sure it came out! Not only did it come out but it looked amazing! PLUS! She has the biggest heart! She made sure a dog that was left outside in a hot car (in 80* weather mind you) was safe and confronted the owners about it! Wasn’t rude but very concerned as was I. If she hadn’t said something it could have ended badly. We need more business owners like this that not only care about their customers but their community too! Thanks Master Cleaners!
