A friend of mine suggested we go here for some help with our lithium phosphate RV battery. Devlin and his team were INCREDIBLY helpful and super knowledgeable in this rapidly emerging field. Based on my experience with this shop and all the amazing reviews, when we're back in Eugene next year, I'm seriously considering taking our RV here to make sure further upgrades to our electrical system.

These guys were soooooo helpful! I have a vintage trailer and a few things I run off my solar and they helped me replace some dead batteries with better ones and greatly improved my ability to boon-dock longer periods. They also were so nice to explain some electrical questions I had to really help me understand my whole system better. Forget those big box stores for batteries and go to these hard working local guys, you won’t be disappointed! I will be recommending to all my rv/boating friends ?

Devlin and his crew are great. For our 72 volt UTV they swapped out the original lead-acid batteries for lithium power. HUGE upgrade in performance, ease of use and weight. Our Bad Boy Recoil IS is now like new. They know lithium! Thanks Devlin and the great folks at Macs Batteries!

This may be the most positive shop experience I have ever had. The sales person had so much patience explaining the value of lithium batteries I had inquired about.
I was with my husband and the entire staff included me in the conversation, had eye contact and was quick to answer my questions. This does not always happen when I shop with my husband.
Dropped the RV off at 9 am and at 10:30 had a call the work had been completed. The total invoice was a several hundred dollars lower due to less labor and parts that had been included in the estimate. They could have waited five hours to call me and charged me the estimate and I would never have known the difference. Honest shop for sure.
Three employees walked out to the RV to show and explain the work that had been completed. You can't go wrong choosing Mac's Batteries. It is rare these days to get such great customer service!

If you want to get professional assistance with installing a PV system or just batteries, this is the place. My ranch is completely off-grid. They provided the equipment, batteries... etc & made sure everything was properly programmed too! Top notch folks!

I haven't made a purchase yet but it's great to meet a place that likes to tinker and take things apart and create like I do. I am very glad I came in the shop today Demetri was very informative on what I will be needing for powering my shop as I already bought most of the materials. I need all I need now is the solar panels. I feel I should have visited them in the beginning but I am always learning thank you guys!!!

The guys there have been suuuper helpful whenever I have questions about batteries and energy storage. They really know their stuff and won't hesitate to spend the time necessary to teach people the essentials of solar and off-grid living. Plus they have a ton of cool gadgets!

Twice in the last year I have had batteries die (different vehicles) an been stranded. Called MAC battery and they sent someone with a hand held starter and jumped my car. Drove my vehicle to there shop and got replacements. The last time it was one of there batteries so they discounted the replacement even though it was a few years old and recommended I have the charging system checked because it wasn't sending enough amps to the battery

I called wanting help modifying a batter for an electric longboard and even though it wouldnt be a cost effective thing for them to do for me. They are still more than will to talk on the phone and help me through the diy process. Supper nice guys.

Great place! I recently moved to Eugene from the Midwest. Started having issues with my car battery which I had replaced just a year ago with a reconditioned Interstate battery. After calling several places with prices close to $200.00, I found Mac's. I was greeted very cordially. They tested my battery, and replaced it in about 10 minutes for a very reasonable price far less than others had quoted. This is the place you want to go.

An RV repair shop told me my lithium coach batteries were no good and needed replacement.. The good guys at Macs figured out the problem in about 2 minutes and also helped me to download an app to monitor their condition on bluetooth. I highly recommend them for their expertise in lithium batteries in RV’s.

Mac's batteries was great before, but now it's amazing!! Was very happy to find out they now carry solar panels and batteries not just car and truck batteries. Learned a lot when I came in and it was fun.
