I was recommended to Scott DeWitt of Loan Depot by the excellent real estate firm, Grand Real Estate, to handle a balloon loan I'd taken out during a transitional moment in my life that was a ticking time bomb. Scott and his people worked with me for three months via attentive emails, phone calls and weekly updates to make my case gleam for the underwriters and managed to help me save our home in the end. Now we're locked into our interest rate with an affordable monthly payment. We couldn't be more grateful and happy for the service Scott and Loan Depot rendered us. Steve is a dedicated, professional, and friendly loan officer. Our loan process had some challenges and the added stress of a short timeframe to complete. Steve stayed focused and went above and beyond to ensure that we closed in the amount of time necessary while always being available to answer our questions. I was turned down by a different company but Jered stepped in. He went what I feel was above and beyond. He was in close contact with me ready to answer questions. I have an unusual situation and Jered worked to make it happen. I genuinely felt like the only homebuyer ever while Jered was working with me.

This was our first time purchasing home in the middle of what seemed to be a very difficult time of year for 2020. With the guidance, honesty and get it done attitude our lender Amy Klein we made it a success! Mrs. Klein was always readily available all hours of the day with nothing but a joy to aid in our almost 2 year long house hunting process. The loan was great, but it would have been nice to opt out of the months of junkmail that followed: "Buy loan insurance" and "Make biweekly payments".
