Bought leggings for my girlfriend and was told, "one size fits all." Neither of them fit her at all, went back for my refund and was told no refund only exchange.. when the receipt clearly said no returns or exchanges after 30 days. I did not want to argue with the lady because she could barley speak English and exchanged them. The pair I exchanged them for did not fit either.

My first time coming here was between September 1-6. I was excited to shop. The cashier made sure to advertise the stretch and affordability of the clothing there. Their fitting room was closed so I made sure to ask her about certain pieces fitting me. She mainly went on about the stretch stating that I should be able to wear it. I spent about $70 in the store only to find out when I got home that most of the pieces didnt have as much stretch as she stated. I went back to the store hoping for a bigger size in the pieces I already had cause I really liked them but that was a fail. So atleast a refund would suffice but she failed to tell me that there are no refunds at the time of purchase with a big sign on their fitting room door that says fitting room not open. They could atleast open their fitting room, put up a sign stating no refunds/exchanges only. They brag about their stretch but only a few items really have stretch. Don't trust their stuff it doesn't last, one size fits all is a lie, the plus size jean looking tights aren't even plus size. If it says something like L/XL like mine did its more so on the smaller side a Large than it is an extra large. They could also learn more about there own items' sizing & stretch capabilities. I was stuck with picking out something else or keeping what I had. I tried to find things with the most stretch in a bigger size. The pieces still tore as soon as I put them on when I got home. I do not recommend. This was a waste of money. Excuse the picture but this is an example of what they clothes do.

Recently I purchased a pair of leggings and a sports bra from the Eugene Oregon store they did not fit I went in to exchange them...I got what I hope is the right size however I was not able to try it on in the store to verify. They took my original receipt of purchase which is fine however would not give me any kind of receipt or documentation of the exchange and I need this for accounting purpose

Same issue as everyone else. My leggings had a hole at the seam after just one hour of wearing them. I tried to take them back and exchange, but I was told no since I had worn them (for one hour). Crappy product and equally crappy customer service. Any company that stands behind the quality of their product would have made this right.

Worst leggings ever. Bought some for Xmas and wore them once. They started getting holes in them after a few hours. They are very soft and comfortable but they do not last! Terrible durability.
