I’ve had two exceptional experiences with Lexus Eugene and they have been professional, expedient, and continuously go above and beyond in every way to accommodate me since I have to travel from out of the area for repairs. Today, my call with Calen (sp?) from the parts department was incredibly helpful and I appreciated his clarity to explain to me the issues and process for getting the correct parts to my location. I wish I lived locally so they could do all my Lexus maintenance. I cannot recommend them enough!

I have worked with both Neal and Rick in purchasing two cars for our family, and they have proven to be the most professional, helpful, and transparent people I've ever dealt with in buying a car. I have complete confidence in them, and have never had a more pleasant buying experience. In my opinion, Kendall is beyond lucky to have them. Not only did Neal help me with Lexus, but he helped us with other Kendall brands as well. Neal has a vast knowledge of cars that thoroughly impressed me. I won't be going anywhere else!

We bought a Lexus is and unfortunately it was wrecked soon after. We came back bought a es 350 and we love it! The staff there are so nice and really went the extra mile to soften the blow of the accident with the first car and did everything they could to make us happy customers and we are. I am definitely a Lexus customer for life and when it’s time we will definitely be back! Thank You all very much.

This place is horrible I will never buy a car from them. Honestly, I don’t even know where to start, Me and my husband came here to buy a brand new 350 Lexus RX AND THE BEGINNING FROM THE MOMENT WE GOT OUT OF OUR CAR NO ONE WAS AROUND OR WILLING TO HELP US WHEN MY HUSBAND CALLED INTO THE STORE TO SPEAK WITH THE PERSON HE TALK TO OVER A PHONE CALL EARLIER THAT DAY REFUSED TO HELP US, AND APPARENTLY WAS GOING ON LUNCH AND THAT WAS MUCH MORE IMPORTANT THAN HELPING US SO WE WAITED FOR 35 MINUTES FOR AN EMPLOYEE TO COME OUT AND HELP. Then when the gentleman finally came out to help us both of the black 350 LX batteries were dead and two brand new cars. They were absolutely dirty. They apparently don’t wash their cars or maintain or take care of them on the lot. I find that highly disappointing so then we went for a test drive. I really liked the car of course I decided to move forward because I wanted to buy it. They didn’t want to take anything for my car which is a 2023 and they test drove it and then all of a sudden it had a rock chip which was slightly weird because I didn’t have a Rock chip before I got there and then all of a sudden I did. So they didn’t want to give anything for my car and they weren’t willing to negotiate me and my husband decided to talk about it took a drive and when we called to text back, no one responded to the text of buying the car. This was about the worst experience anyone can have a car dealership and there’s lots of those kind of dealerships and I am disappointed that it would happen at a luxury car lot. So then I decided I’m gonna call the Lexus dealership in Portland. They were absolutely wonderful. They took my car for much more than what Eugene wanted to buy it for not only that they came down on their 2024 RX 350 Lexus buying experience their Portland was phenomenal. I would never buy a car here, Lexus Eugene, ever in my life My business will continue at the Lexus dealership in Portland. I suggest anyone looking to buy a car here to walk away and call Portland Lexus dealership. They are amazing and I will continue to buy my cars from Lexus dealership in three years when I upgrade.

Kendall Lexus is a very good dealership. Sales consultant Sullivan Baron (aka Sully) is great! He showed me cars at the neighboring Kendall Subaru, then, at my request, he brought me to Kendall Lexus. Although he shared the sale with a Lexus staff member, Sully made it happen. He suggested the extra test drive that made the difference in choosing a car. He is able to compare cars across Kendall dealerships (Subaru, Ford, Toyota, Lexus, maybe more), and can describe how to use the tech in the cars. He totally gets that selling a car shouldn't be a tense, high pressure situation. Not the fast-talking salesperson type, Sully didn't push for me to make a decision on my first visit. I requested him when I returned, after looking at some non-Kendall cars. He genuinely wants the customer to make the right decision, and he wants to help. Sully's pro-con discussion made a world of difference in narrowing down choices. His politeness and emotional intelligence coupled with his exceptionally clear and perceptive inputs helped me gain the complete confidence that my choice was the right one. After reading this review, in case you're wondering: No, I'm not his grandmother or other relative. I first met Sully when, with usual car-shopper's trepidation, I walked into the Kendall Subaru dealership, where he is headquartered.

I bought multiple cars from Kendall. It was the 2023 and 2024 RX350H. My first experience with Bailey could have been better. The communication cut off right after I signed the sale contract. Bailey was nowhere near answering my text. I had to escalate the problem to the manager to get the $2000 upfront deposit after 2 months. This should never happened. I came back in 2024 and communicated with Andrew Wright. He was professional. He allocated the car with the configuration that I wanted. I am a Lexus Fanatic. Thank you Andrew for your exceptional service.

Had a really pleasant experience here at Kendall Lexus especially working with Andres made it super hassle free and easy to communicate with and he really tries to make he’s clients happiest possible.

I cannot say enough about this dealership. I have bought a lot of new cars over the years and these folks are absolutely top tier. They came in so aggressive price wise on both the new Lexus we bought, and our trade in, sight unseen over a phone deal, that my local dealer told me “don’t even waste your time it’ll never happen” then we chose to see the deal through, and there wasn’t a single bit of the deal that wasn’t smooth, and didn’t exceed our expectations. Oursalesman Tonnie absolutely was zero pressure, and basically let us write the deal the way we wanted with zero hiccups. I can’t recommend these guys any more, amazing group of folks and well worth the drive even if you’re out of town!

As a longtime Lexus owner, the Kendall experience is hard to beat. Tonnie was my salesperson, who located exactly what I was looking for and had me in my new NX in about two weeks. Plus he very generously helped with logistics, assisting with my rental car drop off nearby and programming my navigation to my hotel so I wouldn't get lost. No hassle, no pressure, just the great customer service you expect from Lexus.

This is a great place to buy a Lexus. Andreas is an impeccable salesperson: honest, gracious, knowledgeable. The new hybrids are fantastic and we love the Head's Up display on the windshield!

Although I ultimately didn't end up purchasing a vehicle, working with Kendall Lexus or Eugene was one of the most elegant, smoothest, and friendliest dealership experiences I've ever had. They were understanding and supportive of my choices and wishes, and were very willing to work with me. Will 100% be coming back to these guys when I ultimately decide to buy. Hit up Josh or Andres if you want the best customer service you'll ever see from a dealer!
