Amanda Parker is one of your greatest assets. She is competent and treats her customers with utmost respect. She listens and then provides the appropriate services. She is an excellent blend of a Honda representative that has the customer's best interest at heart.

Excellent service & respectful of our time... My wife and I bought a truck from Kendall Honda a month ago & had a great experience. The used vehicle came with a comprehensive inspection and included an extended powertrain warranty. Alycia was my sales person and Jordan assisted in the final deal. Alycia was a big help with phone calls and pictures before we went in to see the car in person and both of them were straightforward and treated us fairly. Most importantly, the negotiation part was quick and respectful of our time. Thank you again!!

I recently purchased a car at Kendall Honda and had a great experience! The sales associate, Lee, was professional, knowledgeable and never pushy as many of my previous car dealers were. I would highly recommend Lee, Brice and Daniel for making my car buying experience fun and stress free! If you are looking to purchase a Honda, I would head over to Kendall Honda and ask for Lee!

Shayla was great at explaining all that needed to be done. We love working with her or Craig. I haven’t interacted with the others, but I’m sure they’re great too. The car was taken in for an oil change and to address some wear/tear and other issues. We chose what we could do/afford and will follow up at another time for the rest.

This review will encompass several experiences so bear with me.Let's get the negative over with:I had a couple of visits to service, two of which involved phone calls for me to "take a look at new cars" while I had the time sitting around for my perfectly good, well loved older one. I found this practice invasive and predatory, and informed my service manager of it the first time around, only to have it happen again the second. Happily, this time the message got through, so that when I brought my car in for the third time, I didn't get that call. Thank you. As a disabled vet on a limited budget, I have to make the car I have last a great long time, and when I put up a boundary I expect it to be honored.Next, the positive.I had to bring my car in for service and Ian Jarvis took care of me. As it turns out, just a few days before I was getting ready for a week at the Coast for Thanksgiving, it turns out that my transfer case was shot. That was the result of Honda's decision to approve little more than a band-aid for it the first time the Kendall tech identified a problem. Now the car wasn't safe to drive, barely a few days before Thanksgiving. Worse, the rentals were booked and I might be liable for more than a thousand in cancellation fees at my hotel. Not a good situation. Ian sent me home with the admonition to avoid driving, as the repairs were significant. I didn't have much hope.As it turns out, Kendall was able to not only get the part overnighted, they were also able to put me in a rental for the day they did the repairs, which allowed me to get my own repaired car back in time for a late, but still successful drive to Newport for the holiday.I appreciate several things here: first, Ian and Mike, the manager, went to bat for me with Honda. The additional repairs and the rental car were Honda's responsibility. Had they done the transfer case correctly first time around, we wouldn't have had the problem. Second, they worked hard to get the repairs done so that I could enjoy the time away in my own car.We car owners may sometimes forget that Honda may not necessarily support the local dealership in full if repairs take away from their bottom line. In a case like this, you and I need the advocacy of our local dealership to push for us. Both Ian and Mike made sure that I was taken care of and I was able to get away for a much-needed week vacay with minimal trouble.I'm not always a fan of working with dealerships when it comes to service. However, Ian and Mike earned my trust and I appreciate the fact that sometimes you end up paying a bit more when the dealership does the work. What we have to balance is whether or not that extra override is worth it. This is a perfect example of when it is. Thanks to Ian and Mike for saving my Thanksgiving holiday.

I already owned a 2017 Honda CRV and decided to trade it in for a 2024 hybrid since the older car still held so much value. I called several dealerships, including the one where I originally bought my 2017 car, but no one had much inventory. Then I went online and saw that Kendall had the exact car I wanted. I was happy with that - but even happier as I began to deal with their sales staff. I worked with Alycia, who asked me some questions and assured me she could get me the amount I wanted for my trade-in. More specifically, I knew the spread I could afford between the old and new cars and the interest rate I needed, and she told me she could meet those terms. Even though she offered me other options when we sat down to do the paperwork, she quickly heard that I was set on not buying lots of extras. The price she promised on the phone was the price I ended up paying. Not only that, but at the last minute, I needed to change our meeting time from 4 pm to 11 am. Without missing a beat, she was ready. I was driving off the lot in my beautiful new car by 1:30 pm. And that meant that everyone at this dealership worked smoothly to make this happen: sales, service, finance. Afterward, I even got a call from the GM because he'd found cash I accidentally left hidden in my owners manual pouch, and he mailed it back to me. I'd definitely buy another car here because it was a transparent and professional process with great people. As for the car, I love it. It is the safest, most luxurious vehicle I've ever owned, and it smells good.

I had a really great experience working with these folks! Peter was a total gem and didn't make us feel rushed at all. He was very accommodating and thoughtful in his approach and I very much appreciated working with him. Joe was also a total stand-up guy and I really felt taken care of with this huge financial decision.

Kendall Honda has always been absolutely amazing. We bought a Honda Fit from them in 2018 (it's a 2016) and any time we've had questions or any issues with it, they come in absolutely ready to do whatever they can to help. They go above and beyond every time, including when we got stranded in Tonopah, NV on a flat tire, when they helped us figure out a plan to get to Vegas for a replacement tire. They hook us up regularly, always making sure that our warranties are being effectively utilized and we stay up to date on all maintenance. Could not recommend them more!!

I loved how easy it was to schedule my service online. The updates via text were so helpful. I was able to quickly add services to my cart & it was very smooth. My service advisor did a good job explaining everything that was done on my vehicle.

Kendall Honda, and specifically Ian and the Honda service technicians, could not have been more helpful in diagnosing and fixing an infuriating starting issue we were experiencing on an old Civic. Their prompt attention to the matter, quick turnaround, and awesome communication/customer service will ensure Kendall becomes my go-to Eugene Honda service dealer. Thanks!

We had a good car buying experience at Kendall Honda. Their no-pressure sales staff were respectful and easy to work with. Our sales representative, Hernan Jeroni, was friendly, efficient and skilled at his job. Thank you for a good experience and a great vehicle.

Edit… Mike the manager reached out. He was able to explain things more clearly. He provided a direct number so I can get additional help once I am able to get my car seen again. I appreciate the great customer service. In general the people there were very polite and friendly.Scheduled an appointment at 845 for my car to have a few things checked out. Sat in the waiting area til nearly 2:30 pm, only to be told they weren’t sure how to deal with the codes that popped and that I should go somewhere else. The only good thing is that the guy didn’t charge me since they couldn’t figure out what needed to be done. We bought our car there almost 2 years ago. That is why I called them (made a bad assumption that I would need to bring my car there for the warranty). Wish they would have just told me on the phone to car another place and that my warranty would still be valid. Very frustrating. The one photo shows express service…. There was nothing express or quick about them!

Our salesman was honest and quite helpful. He knew what we could financially handle and didn't try to push a car on us that we couldn't afford. If you are heading for Kendall look for Paul Casey. You'll find him in the Acura department. He's a super good guy.
