Took my 2011 CRV in for oil change. When I got my car back, they told me next oil change I would need to replace the oil pan as the threads of the plug were stripped and they put in a temporary one till next oil change. Also, they said the battery was bad and needed to be replaced. They even put all this in writing with a quote for the job at over $1300. I knew that the battery was fine as I had a new one recently installed. After having an independent garage inspect the vehicle, there was nothing wrong with the plug or the oil pan. No excuse for the dishonesty. WILL NEVER RETURN OR TRUST THEM AGAIN.

Update- we got a refund of $94.11 for the part they say needed replaced. They could not refund the $350 inspection fee. We got a quote at another auto shop to do the work and order the part for half the cost that Honda quoted us for labor alone($396). So we will be going to B&G auto shop, where I previously had quality and low cost work done on a car I used to own. I would rather pay a $130 estimate than pay $491.. thanks anyways, Honda.

Jake at Kendall Honda was awesome! He helped me find a used CR-V that fit my budget and made the entire buying process both smooth and easy to understand. He's ensured that I remain with Kendall going forward and I'll be the first to suggest looking here for vehicle purchases to my friends.

Big thumbs up for Craig Truesdale! We arrived at Kendall Honda 5 minutes before closing on a Friday with 2 nails in our tire and Craig rescued us! Within 40 minutes we had a new tire on the car and were able to return home to the Bay Area without any issues. Judging by the number of people buying cars while we were waiting they seem to have the customer as the priority. Thank you Craig and Kendall Honda - you have our business whenever we are in Eugene!

I have a 2005 CRV, 295,000 miles. My driver's side lowbeam light needed repacement. In the past, i have been able to go there with my bulb, pull up to the curb, and they've popped the hood and replaced the bulb for free, right at the curb. Yesterday, I pulled in to the curb and talked to the service desk to ask if they would replace the bulb. I didn't have the bulb and expected to purchase it from them but that they would again replace the bulb on the curbside for free. However, the service guy informed me that they would need to put my car up on the rack, and it would cost $83, including the bulb at $45. WHAT! $83 and the rack so they can do their unrequested 1000 pint check and tell me all that's wrong with my car? Needless to say I said NO and got back into my car to leave. HOWEVER, I didn't know they had already popped my hood and as I backed out, this young man ran after me, wide-eyed, and closed my hood. WOW! Good for him and me. AND today I priced the bulb at Knechts - $15. My regular mechanic offered to do the replacement for $25. I repaced it myself after watching a Youtube. No rack needed. NOT HAPPY!!!!!

Went in looking to lease a vehicle and to make a long story short the sales manager was trying to take advantage of someone with no established credit and trying to pile a bunch of money on top of the lease $. If you want someone to throw a 4 SQUARE sales tactic (witch everyone looking to buy a car should google) in your face come here. Don't let these snakes use low level salesman to do their dirty work and try to make u feel good then try to rob u blind when it comes to the numbers. Such a great way to treat your customers. You can't fool everyone

They have serviced our car since we got it and the people are very knowledgeable and courteous. And when it comes to having major things done they are fair in the cost.

We bought a car at Kendall well over a year ago and still don’t have have license plates for the car. Every time we call you we get the run around getting transferred from one department to another and no one seems to have any idea what’s going on. I will never do business with a company that takes your money and has no intention of helping you past that point. I’m guessing we aren’t the only ones you’re doing this to either.

Only deserves a single star after finally fixing what I came in there originally for after telling them exactly what I needed done. I was told they would not even look at my ignition until fixing my key which I knew was not the issue. They tried to charge me over 300 dollars for that key which a locksmith made me a brand new one and programmed it for less then a third of the price just so I could get the dealership to finally fix the ignition. The ignition also comes with keys. Which they did not tell me but they wouldn't fix the ignition without me getting another key The price I had to pay for the ignition was robbery and then I was called and asked if they wanted me to change my door locks and trunk lock glove box etc for 4 or 4.5 hours of labor don't quite remember and then when I told them no I was told they could get it done for 3. Overall experience absolutely terrible not even including the fact my window on the passenger side when I got the car back wasn't in line anymore and I had to fix that myself. If you need to go to a Honda dealership might as well drive it up to Corvallis or Portland or wherever the next closest one is. I know that is what I will be doing

Mark Weller & Jordan Rubenstein were class acts. No pressure, outstanding customer service, and reasonable prices. Best car buying experience I’ve had in years, and I’ve had lots!

If I could give zero I would. My vehicle had an airbag recall and not only did they say they did not have loaners they also wouldn't rent a car? I have a two year old and can't just have a day without a car so I had to have someone take me there and then also get it back but TODAY, a few days later, ME AND MY CHILD ALMOST GOT INTO A WRECK BECAUSE MY HORN DOESN'T WORK!!! Thanks for the botched, jank job Honda!!! I will now be having to pay someone else to fix it cause there is NO way I will ever let you touch my car again! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

In the days of pandemic, my husband and I have high risk heath conditions. When I scheduled the repair of my Honda with Kendall I inquired about COVID precautions and was satisfied. When I was checking my car in at the desk an employee was wandering from person to person talking without a mask. Wearing a mask is not just the right thing to do, it is required by the state. I asked the agent why he was everywhere in the building without a mask. She didn't ask who. She didn't look up to see who. She wouldn't establish eye contact with me. She kept her head down and said, Oh, he isn't wearing one?" She wasn't surprised and she had no excuse for him. It really doesn't matter what they did to my car at this point. If they don't care enough about clients to avoid risking their lives then I would certainly not recommend anyone with a health issue walk inside that building.

This dealership has no interest in selling car their used cars prices are as high as brand new Just because you're the inly Honda in Eugene. Rather travel little further to buy a car. Dont watse your time here, mark my word for it.
