Good experience overall. Only suggestion I have is that when the car is parked in the lot during the repair time, they need to make sure the car is locked. During the 5 days my car was being serviced someone got into my car and rummaged through it and items were stolen. This could have been avoided if car was locked on their lot at all times.

We ordered a Cadillac lyric 8 months ago. I noticed 3 months ago that the dealership has one into the lot. We thought hey this one is here now why not buy it other than waiting for the one I ordered. At this point i bought around 8 vehicles from Kendall. The sells rep said there is a 10k market adjustment on them. I asked to speak to the manager about waving this adjustment he said no. I told them I could drive to Salem and they’re not marking them up. He just shrugged his shoulders. At this point it feels that this dealership doesn’t care about customer satisfaction or loyalty. I canceled my order and now I’m waiting for my refund. It’s been over a month and still no refund or call back from this dealership regarding my refund.

I called and the service manager patiently helped me schedule the best day. The parts department advised the part was discontinued so I can find an aftermarket provider.

We have the 2021 CT5 Cadillac, We bought from Kendall Cadillac of Eugene. They have always been fantastic, this is our second Cadillac we have bought from them. Tracy Beeman in service is excellent. I have had my 2020 Silverado LTZ 3.0 L Duramax in for several major services. Despite all the headaches of waiting on GM for backorder parts, Tracy got me a free loaner car so I could continue working.

Kendall kept my car all day and serviced nothing. They tried to charge me for the warranty loaner. (Had to argue about the warranty -- they lost the paperwork.) They wanted me to come back the next day (68 miles). I should have learned from previous experiences there and not come back.

no one at this dealership played any games with me. They were very helpful with my purchase and I feel like I got everything I asked for. Overall a great experience and I love my cadillac!

Service department really misses the mark. Cadillac used to be a luxury brand with top notch service professionals at the dealership. I bought my mom a Cadillac at Kendall Cadillac in Eugene and she's never happy when she gets back from taking it to the service department. ( Kendall Lincoln is no better) No one acknowledges you when you walk in, everyone is looking at their phones or talking with other employees. It used to be so different when I was a kid at the dealership with my grandparents. I'd say that's just how Eugene is when relating to any customer service in general, but even as my mom says, you go to the Mercedes dealership in town and they still do it the old way and treat you great. The easiest way to sum it up and compare the difference in service between the two is Mercedes will vacuum and wash your car after you bring it in for service and have it ready to go when you pick it up. At Kendall they throw you a coupon for the drive thru car wash and tell ya to get in line. If she didn't love the car she has so much I'd trade it in just so she could have a better experience at another dealership.

I was extremly upset to get a call from the auto services dept... I was told that my had engine been blown, and on top of that, I left my car locked, and some how it was broken into.My $3,000 stereo system was stolen due to somone leaving my cadillac unlocked. Then when i went down there right after the call, some rep at a desk tried blaming the tow truck driver.., blaming whoever towed my car there(me) for leaving it unlocked.... i locked it like fort knox (making it lock 3 times in a row before walking away) and trustingly gave them keys... i was besides myself to hear all this bad news at once...............So I had a sit down with the g.m. , he shared his story to relate to my injuries, which i respected, an felt was quiet genuine, as i was almost killed in a car wreck and had multiple shattered bones, and years & years of recovery and surgeries... I felt as he was being truthful and understanding ,and he shook my hand and promised to help me out, and make things right.So I forwarn to not leave anything valuable in your vehicle.Im besides myself, and I'm left without a daily driver.. all this has been very frustrating.Currently sorting things out for a options for a new daily driver vehicle, hoping everything works out well.?*** Update ***Trevor(G.M.) at Kendell Cadillac has been solid, and helped me through the head aches that needed delt with, he stepped up, and worked with me on getting the best outcome. He really followed through, and made everthing good, and went the extra mile to help me get a nice replacement daily driver.It was nice getting to build bridges, and being made whole in the end. This had turned this experence from a very frustrating one, into very nice outcome in the end.I appreciate all the help!

Today is Sunday, 4/16. I first call Kendall Chevrolet Service on Friday 4/7 after I discovered a leak under my 2019 Chevrolet Traverse, which was purchased from them, in fact, we have purchased fleet vehicles from them for our business. On 4/7, the person said they would mark my call "Urgent" and someone would call me back. They did not! I scheduled an 8:00 AM appointment for Monday at Aamco Transmissions in Springfield, in case it was the transmission. In the meantime, knowing Kendall Service opens at 7:00 AM, I called them at 7:00. The female that took my call asked me my name and verified that I had called on Friday. I spent over an hour on the phone with them trying to get help. They assured me the "Service Manager" would call me back. I was still on the phone with the service department as I was driving to Aamco Transmission. I was assured he would call me back within the hour. It is now Sunday, April 16th. I've never heard from Kendall Service department at all. A very sad thing. After having bought vehicle after vehicle from them, I can only say, they are interested in Sales but need to clean up their Service Department!

They are horrible. Will mislead you to sell a vehicle and then won't address the issue. The heated seats are not working in my recently purchased 2019 CPO Escalade and Kendall is blaming it on GM's design after having a different dealership test it. I've owned multiple GM vehicles and never had this issue. You would think the sales rep would be knowledgeable enough to know this vehicle was designed differently than ALL other GM vehicles? Or they're just lying to me to pull a bait and switch on this lemon? Either way, would not recommend anyone buy from Kendall Cadillac.
