I had John and his team complete an interior remodel on a 70's built home in the Gilham area of Eugene. The goal was to keep the style of the home as is, while incorporating new finishes and changing the footprint, providing a better connection between the different spaces. Communication was great from the office start to finish providing realistic expectations, the team on-site were professional yet personable (someone you could have a drink with on the golf course), and the online management system was very helpful during the time I was out of town keeping me up to date daily with photos/notes, as well as scheduling, and budget. I requested a bid from this place. Was told there was a 2 week window available to do the work. I called back within the window to schedule the job. They acted like I had contacted the wrong contractor. They said they never had a written contract with me. I realize that. That's why I was reaching out... To get one started. I was even willing to set my window out another my month and a half. The guy didn't respond back after that. Pretty frustrating seeing as how I have less than a month left and $23000 and now no contractor to do the work. Meeting with these guys was a giant waste of time.

John and his crew did an outstanding job on a unique project for me. John's design vision and deployment were top notch. Very easy to work and communicate with. I appreciate John Webb Construction and Design and hope to work with them again in the future.

They haven’t helped me directly, but they did the kitchen in our home and have been helpful is finding out original materials used.

John and his team have a great vision on design and planning of both interior and exterior of your remodel in addition to through understanding of current products, materials and the right procedure specific to your budget and property. He uses reliable sub-contractors and makes sure they meet the same level of standards and professionalism as JohnWebb does. He has engineering service in-house which is a great plus when there is a need to tackle the structure, dealing with roofs or reinforcing foundations. JohnWebb offers free visit to your property and a free detailed estimate in addition to that. When the project is under construction, he visits the site frequently, beside having a construction leader or supervisor present at the site during the construction time.
