This store sucks. The management is terrible and the customer service is horrible. They are so rude. I would never shop there again. The assistant manger Wendy is so rude have seen her rude to customers and other employees. And the store manager is so rude and should not be working. There don't go to this store at all. Go to other ones

Sometimes the items available are a bit underwhelming but I've had good friendly interactions most every time I've gone in.

I called for a simple question "do you have silicone bowls for plants?" The person was rude. The service was rude and not friendly at all.

I had a poor experience at checkout with the customer service person named Shea. He rang up my order which had quite a bit of items in it, and I paid using a card. I then asked for a bag to put them in as I would not have been able to carry them out by hand. He had not asked me previously if I would like a bag. He looked annoyed and said there is a 5 cent charge for a bag because we live in Eugene, and asked if I had a nickel. I said I understand there is a bag charge but I don't have a nickle. When he said I could not have a bag, I asked if he could run my card for the 5 cents if he was not willing to give me a bag for free since he didn't ask me before running my card in the first place if I needed a bag. He charged me card for the bag and then just stood there. I asked if I could have my items placed in the bag that I just paid for and he threw them in quickly acting like I was making him do something that wasn't part of his job.

I've had trouble with this store in the past, but tonight confirmed to me to take my business elsewhere. The employees just can't be bothered to help you. The check-out line is usually quite long, so be prepared to stand there for awhile. There are a lot of tricks and gimmicks connected to there "coupons and deals." Ordering online with them is not any better. Once I ordered10 different items online with the apparently incorrect assumption that if they are showing it then they have it - wrong! When I went to the curbside pick-up they only had one of the ten items I had ordered and paid for. Having it shipped is no better. My daughter placed a large order and when she got it, almost ALL the beads were broken. Bye-bye Joann's, I for one will not be at all surprised when you too go out of business. Your service is one of the worst I've ever encountered!

Last 2 times I've been here were disappointing. A short lady with long brown hair in a ponytail, was extremely rude and had no customer service skills. Not only was the yarn I got expensive but the horrible customer service added insult to injury.

There were SEVEN customers in line at checkout, waiting to pay money, while only one disgruntled elderly employee was running one of the 4 cash registers. There were many other employees in the back of the store stocking shelves that could've temporarily alleviated the growing checkout line, but instead the old lady told me that wouldn't happen, and then she canceled the transaction of the guy in line ahead of me! All this for questioning why there wasn't extra help being requested up front to get us out of the store efficiently!I'm taking my business elsewhere. This place seems like its falling apart, and the employees don't even care.

Nice place, great customer service. Very bad upper management/ownership, they need help for the cashiers and to pay them better. A 30% discount my fuel someones hobby but it doesn't pay bills. Pay low wages, get mediocre work. Do better joanns!

The woman behind the fabric counter is SO rude and did NOT help me at all. She answered customers questions walking by before helping me with a ticket number waiting for literally 25 minutes. Then once it was my turn she says "oookayyy...." Like it's an INCONVENIENCE I'm standing there waiting to be helped. How is the training cashier up front more helpful and polite? This store is GHETTO and she needs a talk with the manager.

Terrible customer experience. Multiple employees were aware of a long customer line but did nothing to shorten the wait. When we were finally given the opportunity to check out we were met with an attitude for no reason from the cashier. On top of all of it, we found a price discrepancy between the online listing and the instore product, when it was mentioned to the employee they did nothing to assist in matching the price listed online. Disappointed in how this store continues to provide extremely poor customer experiences.

People were friendly at the Eugene and helped me with the app which saved me a bundle. I found a lot of fabric I needed and the lady who cut my fabric was super patient and did a great job. A lot of people are doing their best out there so I appreciate when people are out there trying to work and not out of work.

I have never met such rude, disrespectful, lazy employees as they have at Joann fabric. I asked multiple employees for help and not one would even acknowledge that I was even there. I feel like it was because I’m a man. I would recommend going to Paramount sewing! Much nicer people there and very helpful.
