Una was incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and patient with all our questions from the moment we first met at the shop, during our phone consultation, and in our in-person design consultation. The actual day of the workshop was even better. Neither my fiance or I had any prior experience with jewelry making, and Una was a fantastic teacher guiding us through each step, including some unique ones for each of our rings. We knew we were in great hands every step of the way, had so much fun, and Una went above and beyond to be sure that we left with rings we love. “I recently had a unique and somewhat challenging experience with Skeie's Jewellers, and I cannot commend their customer service representative, Torre Spellman, enough for her exceptional assistance.I ordered a watch that was listed as in stock and available for express shipping within 2 business days or for next-day pick-up in the USA. I reside internationally, but was visiting the US within a certain time frame, which is why I had purchased express shipping. Unfortunately, there was a system error, and it turned out the watch was not available and had to be special ordered. This mix-up meant I missed the opportunity to pick it up during my time in the US.Torre Spellman, however, proved to be a true gem in customer service. Not only did she address my case promptly, but she also took it upon herself to handle the situation with utmost care. Torre ensured I was refunded for the express shipping cost and personally made the order for the watch, going the extra mile to speak with their Seiko representative.Despite facing hurdles in their online system, Torre kept me in the loop throughout the process. I received the watch approximately a week later. While the entire resolution took about a month, the urgency and dedication displayed by Torre in managing my case left a lasting positive impression.It's refreshing to encounter a business that values its customers and is willing to go above and beyond to rectify unforeseen issues. Kudos to Skeie's Jewellers and Torre Spellman for turning a challenging situation into a testament of outstanding customer service! “My kid has been begging me to get her ears pierced forever now and I totally wanted that for her!That being said, she is 6 and the last time we went to get her vaccines (she was 4 at the time) I was holding her arms as tightly as I could but she still somehow used her brute strength to free her arms, grab the needle and rip it out of her leg - bending the needle in the process. She’s been pretty NOT COOL with needles ever since - along with not being good with pain in the first place.Well, she was asking me again to get them done this evening and a friend of mine had recommended High Priestess so I decided to give them a call. The human on the phone was super informative and kind and I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I ended up just packing my kid up and heading there at that very moment.I cannot understate how glad I am that we ended up taking my kid here for her first piercings. Samantha is so respectful, patient and kind. My daughter gets nervous about everything, ever and I assumed she would be having an absolute meltdown at the anticipation of getting her ears pierced but SOMEHOW Samantha was able to keep her comfortable and at ease. I feel like she went out of her way to explain to my daughter that she wouldn’t do anything my daughter was afraid to do. She took the time and energy to establish trust with her (I mean like as much as you can 10 minutes after meeting someone) and it made a world of a difference. The whole thing went so smoothly and my kid didn’t scream or cry… nothing. She cries just from brushing her own hair sometimes - like it was a miracle. There was definitely some type of Mr. Miyagi healing magic in there or something.Listen this ended up being really long but if you’re nervous about getting pierced, or PARTICULARLY if you have a kid that is - GO HERE. You won’t regret it.”
