I love this home improvement store. All the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Very easy to get in and out of and plenty of handicap parking spots. I also like the idea that it is a local store.The reason I took one star off is the fact that they have no online pricing.

I've been in 3x in 4yrs, the employees treat me as though I'm imposing on their day and are not informative. The service desk claimed she was unable to look up an order using my name, address, nor phone number, on Jerry's POS/inventory system...really? I won't be going back.

From the professional contractor to the weekend do it yourself projects, I personally appreciate the staff. Almost 100 percent of the people who are in a given department have been either a contractor themselves or someone who has been in the trades. They are not trying to sell you something, they are getting the right tools or product for a successful job completion. Their inventory is well stocked and at a very reasonable, competitive price.
