Got an ounce of pearl purple. Pure garbage.Super dry to the point of a sore throat. This used to be a great place to get you're weed but not anymore. Weed jars look like they have never been rotated or cleaned. All the stock looks old and dried out.Most harvested more than a year ago. From all the reviews the response from the owner is justifaction and not customer based for his business. Don't buy from here, GOOD BYE JJ.

The lady who helped me was so rude and had a major attitude. I came in to buy an ounce, and when I asked her to look at the bud I was interested in, she turned around and walked away, and then came back in had more attitude. So I bought my funky little joint and left. I was not about to spend any more of my money and receive an attitude. I will never go back. There are to many other dispensaries around here.

I don't know what happened to this place. Ordering online is a serious hassle. They used to deliver to us and our roommate, as we are separate people. Now they say the law says they can't do that. Lie. They used to sell an oz for $35 or $60 or whatever the stated price, including tax, now it is $35 plus tax. I wanted to order just a couple things, and it wouldn't let me check out without a minimum purchase of $45, so I added items until I reached a little over $45, so when they arrived, I was thrown off by it being over $55. It's not about the money; it's about the changing prices. When I bought previously, the tax was included in the final price. The delivery dude and the attendant at the store have no idea what they are doing. I used to purchase from here weekly, so I know how it works. My best friend still buys from them weekly, and she pays the stated prices with the tax included, not the stated price plus tax. Most likely will not return.

Since when is there only 1 ticket for a show in a raffle for the WOW Hall? I've won a PAIR of tickets to the WH before and I'm pretty sure they give away promotional tickets in pairs, not singles. Guess one of your employees needed it or sold it. Shady. Thx for ruining the surprise and a nice date when I positively heard on the phone call from your employee this morning that I had won 2 tickets for the show from the raffle my wife and I entered after shopping at your store on Memorial Day. Only to arrive at JJ's to pick up the tickets before the show and be greated by annoyed employees (instead of 'Awesome you won!' or something nice) and be told aggressively by both employees there was only 1 ticket, NOT TWO. Nice. I have been, now was, a patron since JJ's opened. 0 stars today sure negates all the other positive stars I would award from the previous years of patronage. The show was sold out and we couldn't buy a second ticket. Thanks.

Doesn't seem to matter what price rang you choose from the quality has really gotten poor. Just received my third Oz in a row with huge fan leaves and stems w no buds attached that obviously should not have been weighed in

Sweet place awesome vibes...17$ a gram top shelf is too steep for any herb but they have plenty of shelves with different pricing all the way down to $3 a gram shelf...overall dope shop

I love this place, so many options and usually the vibes are amazing. The last two times I’ve been there, there seems to be a new employee who wears a Patagonia hat, who has really been ruining the experience for me. The first time I just thought maybe he was having a bad day, but he seems to just act like that. He is very dismissive and he acts like being there, serving customers is an annoyance and an inconvenience, rolling his eyes if you ask to look at more than one option. He doesn’t make any recommendations and he’s just very cold and unfriendly, and will complain about being “stuck at work” to customers. That doesn’t align with past experiences I’ve had there and I hope it goes back to the wonderful environment it was before!
