The only mechanic I’ve engaged with who has called me just to update me about what they’ve found or not found despite the diagnostics not being done. This really helped give me the opportunity to answer any dumb non-car-person questions I might have cooked up and gave me confidence they cared about getting me back on the road. Thoughtful customer service from a shop that actually turns wrenches is a rare combo, Jackson’s makes that happen.

Jackson's has been taking care of my 2001 Subaru Outback for many years and they are always great to work with. The whole team is very professional and very helpful. They keep my car in excellent condition and I'm glad to give them my highest recommendation.

Love this place! Great service, very thorough with their diagnosis, have complete confidence with their work & expertise. I have been here multiple times for service over the last few years & am always happy with the result. Highly recommended, I just referred somebody to them yesterday who needs a reputable company to service their vehicles.

Great experience at Jackson’s today! The staff was very accommodating with a quick turn around time as well as complimentary shuttle service to and from my apartment saving me time and money. 10/10, I’ll be coming back for any car services in the future.

These guys are awesome when I brought my car in this morning they explained in detail what they would have to do to find the problem with the air conditioning. They are very thorough and I plan on using them for all of my auto repairs from here on out.

Great experience at Jackson’s Auto Care. They did a significant amount of service on our 2017 Nissan Rogue, did not “over sell” unnecessary services, and kept us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Jackson’s Auto Care!

2.5 hours work and $800 in parts.
Promised $1800 and charged
near $2500. Wrong parts first fix. Charged me the time to redo. $650/hour effective shop rate. $$$$$ $1200- 1400 elsewhere. You decide.

Bob and Team at Jackson's are wonderful. I appreciate their honesty and integrity in their communication. Especially that they let me know what needs to be done now, and what work is on the horizon so I can budget accordingly. They work they've done on my cars has been great . I have referred my employees to Jackson's, too, and they have been treated great. I recommend Jackson's for all of your auto repair needs.
